The staff at this place were truly amazing. My daughter 2nd birthday is today and I didnt know what to do. She loves baby sharka doo and she had been singing the song all morning. I went to the mall to request a cookie cake for the next day but instead the manager had it done for me within an hour!!! I was so happy and pleased with their service, I will be going back again. They had cookies ready to order and a square cookie cake. They used that square cookie cake and turned into a circle and did a marvelous job for my baby birthday. Thank you manager and staff for making my babys today so wonderful!!! The baby shark mouth was perfect but the drive home messed it up, lol! Great job team!!

If I could choose A BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD. My son’s birthday cookie was supposed to be ready at 4:30. I went at 6:15 to pick it up and it was not ready. The business had my phone number and could have called me. Now my son doesn’t have a cake for his birthday party tonight !!!!! Same exact thing happened a couple of years ago when I ordered from here ! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN !!! This was in Valdosta Georgia

You have a gem in Brian. He is outstanding. He was a pleasure to talk to when he took our order over the phone. When I picked it up the next day he wished my daughter a happy birthday by name and made sure we loved our cake. You can tell he loves his job. As an employer I would love to have someone like Brian working for me. Will return b in the future.

Great employees, better selection and ready to eat. Okay, some cookies were nasty. Frosted cookies were gross and left your teeth stained.

I’ve ordered a total of 4 cakes with the most recent one being a custom order and this place exceeded by expectations by far! Daphne did an awesome job on the decorating. The customer service is always wonderful. Everyone is friendly. The cakes are fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering again!

The manager had an NASTY attitude i asked her about some cookies i was told if she get to it responded in very NASTY RUDE ATTITUDE been coming in here for last 3 days and the cookies i asked about was never there

Listen, nothing makes me happier than when my boyfriend, who works in the mall, gets off of work and brings me some cookies from Great American Cookie! They are the best cookies Ive ever had. Try the strawberry short cakeIt will change your life. My boyfriend is always bragging about how great their customer service is as well!

This was April 1st around 3-4pm. I had plans for my boyfriend on his birthday. He wants a cookie cake, no icing and everyone else wanted it with. So I go the the cashier and (this is my first time ordering from here) point at the display with the game controller. Asked for that one and she said, very snarky “You have to order that specially.” And my friend with me said, “that’s what we’re doing.” She kept explaining we had to preorder while we kept explaining that we wanted the design. It got put in after it was cleared up and I asked for one plain cookie cake. She asked me again and again if that’s really what I wanted. It was really rude how she kept pushing. Not professional.She then explained it was April fools and she had gotten that order as a prank. I understand that but there’s a nicer way to go about it. She was only nice after we paid.On the other hand! The sweet girl who designed the cookies and that cookie cake was amazing. 👏 We enjoyed the cookies a lot and it turned out perfect. It tasted amazing and he absolutely loved it. Thank you to her!

Every time that I have been, they never have any cookies. I asked if they could make a cake slice because again they never have anything, the girl flat out told me no. They are never in uniform. The customer service is just awful. They leave the place unattended. All they do is talk to their friends and stay on their phones. They also allow their boyfriends to go in the back and make out in front of people. I dont even think they have a manger. Im not sure what happened because this place used to be the best, but this place has really gone down here.

Best cookies I’ve ever had hands down! The staff is always professional and kind! Their cookie cakes are incredible. I’ve never been disappointed! If anyone has a problem with their cookie cakes or cookies...then you may be the one with the problem!

Weve used them for meetings, birthdays, concerts and just because we felt like satisfying our sweet tooth for the past 5 years! Never left disappointed! Incredible cookies and the best Customer Service weve seen in South GA out of any company.

I get more and more DISAPPOINTED every time I order a cake from Great American cookie co. I AM SO EMBARRASSED FOR THEM!! I HATE taking their cakes to events because of how UGLY they are!!! There is probably about two drops of icing on my huge Cookie cake and I can tell NO EFFORT WAS PUT IN TO IT!!! Great American cookie in Valdosta Georgia. I will NEVER recommend you to anyone.

Have shopped here for the last 3 years worth of birthday cookie cakes (and rare self-treat; double-doozie with white chocolate macadamia cookies...) and have, without fail, received bright smiles, enthusiastic work ethic, and a willingness to do what they can to accommodate any need. In particular, we were assisted by their GM, Jo, who helped us mitigate issues with my ex placing the wrong order for my sons birthday, and all with a professionalism and mirth rarely seen in the service industry.5/5, everytime.

Excellent staff and quality cookies. I can say I never had an issue being a customer here. Everytime I approach the counter they are smiling and ready to put a smile on my face.

Lady that helped us was friendly and helpful but the cookie I bought (the same cookie I have been buying for years with no complaints) was very hard and no so tasty. Very disappointed.
