Always a fun place to shop. You never know what you might find. From a tractor seat to bearing to a tire to pots and pans with bbq sauce. It makes a nice break in the middle of the day.

I love this place! Best place for farm related stuff hands down. Tractor Supply cant touch this place. Fair prices and inventory out of this world. If you need it, they most assuredly have it. Picked my daughter up a new Breyer barn and some Big Country cows for her collection. Grabbed myself some new Georgia boots and wrenches. Their tools are solid and well-priced. Very large, and wide-ranging selection of tools. Also picked up some tack for my daughters horse. Great place, wish I had one in my little town of Madison. Its a 30 minute drive that I dont mind making. The employees are mostly helpful and, as of late very accommodating. A couple years ago I had an experience with one employee in the lawn and garden section that went poorly, but thats in the past and every interaction since has been positive.

They carry just about anything you could need for home and farm. The employees are knowledgeable and dont mind helping.

I needed a finish mower and had a little trouble at first but with the professional help from Josh he went the extra to see I got what I need. I cant thank him a enough and the people at the store. Very kind and helpful folks.I try to get all my stuff there.

I used to love this store, have spent big big bucks at this store BUT recently I am extremely disappointed in this store!!!! From prices going up, to inventory mistakes, to lack of personnel this store has gone down hill!!!! Today was the last straw after looking for a part for 20-30 minutes and not seeing a single employee on the sales floor then going up front and only seeing 3! The one what did notice me being there wasn’t helpful the other two well they were in outer space or something!!

I know this store is an asset to the ag community, I find that when you go in this store you need to know what youre looking for most notably on lawn mower part, my only and last two visits proved Amazon knows more about their products than customer help Im aggravated and thats bad on me l feel the store needs a user friendly method or training, however sales people are not the helpful.

Store is one of the most neatly arranged of this chain. However, good luck finding assistance for your shopping. We walked the entire store front and back and saw no employees. Finally went to customer service and was directed to an area where they had a desk but no personnel. Finally someone showed up. Front that point on the service was cordial and knowledgeable. Really clean store! One would think that there should be more service personnel available to answer a customers questions about product availability and or directions within the facility whereas one can visually identify with the product but, it seems as though theyre just had enough people to go around. Prices are not as rural friendly as expected... Instead they seem to be quite suburban!

My first time going into this place and i was amazed that ive never heard anyone talk about it before. They have a wide veriety of outdoor supplies, name brand boots, tractor equipment, clothes, ect. The girl who cashed me out (Beth) was froendly, helpful and had a great personality. Definitely will be back

Please tell these people that we are in a pandemic. Few consumers wore mask and none of the employees had a mask. I checked their online inventory before I went to the store but the item that I wanted to purchase was not available as listed on the web site. Shopping there was a waist of time and a health risk.

Staff was very helpful.

The check-out person was excellent! Had to beg the service person to help me, which, unfortunately, seems to be the norm these days.. especially in the big box, no-service stores.

1st. Time visiting this location. We live in North Florida, so we do not have ASC near us. Buy we found the store well stocked, clean & the staff was friendly, helpful & pleasant to interact with. As far as prices, it was about what was expected. Most seemed pricey for certain items we had shopped for compared to elsewhere, but we did find good deals on other items. The staff here makes this a 5 star location as far as we are concerned. Which is typically a direct reflection of the management. So management philosophy must be top notch here. Great job.

Needed a hard to find utility spare tire and they had it.

The store is very nice and the staff was really helpful. I loved how organized the store is. The reason I am only giving one star is because as a mom of two small babies when I went to change their diaper there was not a changing station. With this being a newer store you would expect there to be a changing station. I was very disappointed in this.

If you want it, they have it. Would not surprise me if they have jigsaw puzzles, seriously folks from bird feeders to HUGE pots, to feather dusters. They have it. Certain places deserve more than a 5 star rating, this is one of them

Awesome stuff in here for our yard and garden efforts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed some replacement parts and they were able to look up and determine exactly what we needed. Prices are great too. Have to point out how huge and clean this store is compared to most places similar.

You have to ask for help! Employees will walk right past you and not say a word to you! Or you can stand in front of them at their work station and you have to try and get their attention, poor customer service! Have a gate card, been in there several time a month and it always take forever for them to find my business in the system. Some times I drive all the way to Tifton not you deal with the frustrations of the Valdosta store! 😡

Easy in out no lines compare prices with tractor supply before shopping for fencing gates etc. Good Feed prices. They have trailer repair supplies tractor supply doesnt. Much bigger selection at agriculture supply.

Stopped in on a Monday for a Lawn Sweeper, Don (works outside sales and shop builds) helped me choose the right sweeper, a Ohio Steel. Took it home in the box, as they did not have one together. The next afternoon I went to assemble, but there were many parts missing. I took it back Wednesday. Saw Don come in up front as I was at the return register. Don said lets go out back and see if they have another. They had one other semi open box. Don spent the next 35 minutes combining the two boxes to make one correct sweeper for me. Don was awesome both days, I also enjoeyd talking with him both days. GREAT customer service, Thank you Agri supply and especially Don!

This place is a joke in customer service.i went there to get 1thing and couldnt find it so. I waited at the desck at the farm isle and not a single person around to help. There was a lady in the back office and all she did was stare at me.even thou i was waving for her to come to help me.
