Make deliveries there, staff are super friendly

Placed an order during the first week of December hoping to have the pecans for Christmas. Never received a shipping email and the phone number they have listed is not in service. Finally had to reach out to them on Facbook, at which point I was told a representative would contact me. They never did. The only thing they have done promptly is charge my credit card for the order. Their e-commerce clearly doesnt work as it should. I would recommend against ordering online.

Delicious! I can eat a bag of pecans and not think anything of it. Also the baskets and tins make great Christmas gifts! I usually order online before Thanksgiving, I’ve never had an issue and Ive been ordering from them for years. They e-mail me a tracking number so I can track my orders (they also have the addresses from prior years on file so it makes re-ordering very easy), my friends, family, and associates always rave about how good everything is and I like that I get to share a little bit of South Georgia with them.

My wife is currently on hold for 30 minutes and counting. After waiting 45 minutes last week to confirm an order she placed on Dec 11th, SGP sent us the wrong item. Now no one will answer the phone to help.

Grate pecans

I have order before and received a tracking number, however, that has changed. They are now using a different shipping company and you are not provided any information on your order. I finally called and was given a number to call to arrange a delivery date. The company will not deliver and I have to meet the driver to get my order. I will NOT be ordering for this company again. I had two separate orders and six items were not included in the first order but I was not notified in any way. I had to e-mail and ask about the items not included. This is my last order ever from this company.

Ordered pecans this Nov 2018. They were very old. Advised company and they replaced them, but they were not good either. Been excellent in the past, but not this year. Excellent chocolate covered almonds and honey glazed pecans

Im not sure why the neg reviews. I have ordered twice from S. GA Pecan Co, & have been more than satisfied both times. In fact, I ordered my husband the chocolate-covered cherries for Easter on April 10th. I knew I was ordering late, but I figured if it was late, I wouldnt worry about it. It arrived on the 12th! And my husband loved both the cashews & the cherries. I also love the tins. I dont know how much better service I could expect. I do plan to order again. (Follow up: Ive now ordered at least 4 times & had the same great experience. I also love that they give you the opportunity to purchase Pecans for the Troops!)

I sent them an email, didnt get any response, then spoke to them on the phone. They promised to issue a refund, which they never did. As a last resort, I was forced to contact my bank and submit a debit card claim against this company. Terrible way to treat a repeat customer. I wont do business with this company again. Think the wrong order was delivered, not sure. Ordered on line. Recipient emailed us stating didnt know who it was from (we had attached a note with our names.). The name on slip was not our name so dont know it someone else was supposed to get it. Recipient only had a phone # which was ours with no ID. We did not know the person that he said was on form. Tried to call your company to find out who sent & how they got his name. Unable to get any response from your company so tried the number (ours) to see if he could get some answers. This was most confusing and we are very disappointed.

Closed on Monday, but shows as open on Monday online. Employee was there and didn’t bother to tell us so until we’d already unloaded the car and read for ourselves at the door. Thankfully Guess and Sons was open and we bought our pecans there.

Placed order on 12/17/19 and order still has not shipped. Company does not answer phone or reply to emails. Poor customer service. Something has changed because I have ordered in the past with out issues.

Ordered praline pecans 10/31/19. The were hard and dry. Afraid they will break a tooth.

I placed an order Nov 21, my card was charged but I never received product. I have talked with customer service several times, was promised a call back, and kept waiting trying to be reasonable. Finally after the third call, the manager returned my call and assured me the order would arrive by December 17th. I checked the tracking and saw that a label was made for the second time on December 16th, but it still has not shipped. I have now filed a complaint with my credit card and will not order from them nor recommend them to anyone.
