We used South Georgia Granite and her sister company for our new construction. They provided top quality wood flooring, tile, cabinets and granite. We could not be happier with the products or customer service. Thomas went out of his way to ensure we had the best quality possible. He is very knowledgeable about all of the products offered. While I didnt buy any granite from this company, I felt compelled to leave a review as a testament to the humanity of their employees. While traveling back from visiting my friends mother in ICU in florida, our tire popped. Two gentlemen from this company stopped and helped us change our tire. Thank you guys so much, we dont know what we would have done if not for the help. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family in Georgia.

I spent several weeks being picky about what kind of granite or marble countertops that I wanted for my kitchen and bathroom. The staff and owner of South Georgia granite Were extremely patient, helpful, and overall extremely hospitable. They have so many selections to choose from, and they have options to fit everyone’s tastes. They installed it quick, and you can tell they pay close attention to detail! My house Looks 10 times better thanks to South Georgia granite!

Went into the store to place an order for an island which they claim they make. Had to call Thomas a hundred times still no return call just”I’m working on it” It would have been easier to say we don’t serve certain people or we don’t do islands

We just had granite put in our house! South Georgia Granite did a great job! We got our cabinets and granite from Thomas! He is a very nice young man and the whole staff was very easy to work with! We highly recommend them to anybody looking to remodel their kitchen or bathrooms!

Worked with Danielle at first and then Tommy helped with selection of granite and backsplash. I Brought my flooring and cabinet color. Many available choices and colors. Granite installed in house now but still. Waiting on backsplash. Came out gorgeous and can’t wait to move in. They are great and answer all questions.would recommend them. Great prices !

Not a good place to work. Some people think that they run the place and some don’t want to take blame for what they’ve done. The pay is not so good, one guy gets paid to much for doing nothing.

I have had South Georgia Granite do several jobs for me. They are an exceptional company and I am very pleased with their work. They have a tremendous selection of a granite slabs, including many exotic slabs I could not find anywhere else. The employees and the owner, Mr. Cook, were very helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend South Georgia Granite to anyone who is interested in granite countertops.

Horrible company owned by a dishonest crook. I picked out a slab at the valdosta store for my mom who ordered the granite from the tallahasee store. The slab had no fissures (aka cracks) in it anywhere as noted by the picture taken by myself of the slab that I sent to my mom at the time of selection. However, after the countertops were installed a fissure that was filled with what appeared to be a tan glue appeared on my moms countertop. When my mom called the store she was given excuse after excuse and was told there was nothing they could do and she would have to talk to the owner, Tony Cook. Upon calling, Mr Cook told my mom that the fissure was already in the slab and was on three other simular slabs, this was even after my mom told him that she had a picture of the slab before it was cut that showed there was no fissure. He continued to deny this and then proceeded to tell my mom that he sells EXOTIC granite that is 5 times the price of what she purchased and that those slab even have fissures in them. (I still am unsure what that has to do with the issue at hand). The conversation ended with Mr Cook pretty much telling my mom that he would not be doing anything to rectify the problem. This tells me that this is a shady busisness that does not know the meaning of CUSTOMER service and doesnt want to take ownership of their mistakes. This is why I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and I should have listened to local contractors in Valdosta when they told me not to use him and that they have heard pretty much the same things about Mr Cook and south ga granite.
