Delicious food and friendly staff. They also offer dine-in lunch combos. I recommend the Ham and Turkey Bella. Their soft drinks are always on point. My kids love coming here.

I had post a star otherwise it would be zero. It is not a friendly place. The young man who check me out wasnt friends at all place my change on the counter, not even a thank you. The other employees wasnt friendly either. If I hand my money in your hand you should do the same. No greetings at all. I do believe the other comments about how good youre. But to me you was not nice it hurt kind of to still be judge but you didnt judge my money when I hand it to you. People like this keep tear the work apart. I will not ever go here again, been there twice same guy

Love the service and the staff, everyone is friendly and the food kid do good and fresh. Im addicted to their salads, I cant get enough of them, the Cobb is the best, they are fresh and made to order and the honey mustard dressing is ti for for, so stop in and I promise you wont be disappointed.

Wish I could give the Valdosta Ga Honey Baked Ham Store a NEGATIVE star. The manager is inconsiderate and doesnt honor any replacement for spoiled foods. I order online now, and am much happier.

I do not post reviews and such but I had to after I saw the review from Mrs. Youngblood. I’ve gone into the Valdosta location of Honey Baked Ham every couple of months for about a year now to purchase their half boneless ham and a smoked turkey breast for my reading club whenever I host. I just so happened to be in the store when Mrs. Youngblood was in “trying to get a product replacement”. How do I know it was her? Because as soon as I opened the door, all I heard was her yelling her name and to get the manager, at the cashier. I’ve got to say what a liar Mrs. Youngblood is. She was most definitely offered a product replacement even though she didn’t have the product or a receipt. She just wanted a cash refund. What store is going to give anyone a cash refund without the product and a receipt??? Common sense goes a long way people! I applaud the way in which the manager and her employee handled the situation. I think they are doing a GREAT job! I have since started going in on a weekly basis on my lunch break and I am never disappointed by the food or the service.

Poor customer service! We placed an order two weeks in advance and they didn’t have what we ordered. No apology or anything!
