I’m very happy to say going to ActivEar was a very refreshing experience. I looked other places, but ActivEar had the most friendly & knowledgeable staff. I walked in not being able to hear very well, but I walked out able to hear things I hadn’t heard in years. Being able to get my hearing aids the same day, was amazing. Larissa set everything up with my phone & showed me how everything worked. It’s been 6 months now and I’m very happy with my new ability to hear all the things I’d been missing. The service doesn’t end when you purchase your hearing aides, it’s just beginning because Larissa & LeeAnn are always there to help with anything I might need. My hearing aids are so easy to ware. The doctor is outstanding, knowledgeable, personable and intelligent. She makes you feel right at home whenever you visit the office even doing drop-Ins. I would highly recommend her to anyone that may be in need of having their hearing checked and or needing hearing devices. Her receptionist is very warm whenever you go to the office or when you talk to her over the telephone. The receptionist greets you with a warm smile and by name.

The doctor was spectacular, she treated you as if you were family. She definitely loves her job and she cares about the patients. That was the best visit Ive ever had while taking my friend to the hearing doctor. Ive never met a hearing doctor so committed to the work they do and so caring. I would recommend anyone that has problems with their hearing to go and meet the doctor at active ear at 3407 North Valdosta road. I enjoyed my visit and if there is any problems I will definitely be back.

My experience at ActivEar was great. I had wonder if I had hearing lost for awhile. I finally decided to seek professional guidance. I was casually talking to Mike Miller and I mentioned my hearing concerns. He recommended I make an appointment to see his wife, Lorissa, and have a complete exam. I did and it made a big difference in my life. My hearings have improved my quality of life significantly.

My husband received excellent care and service from Lorissa and LeAnn. He was treated as if he were family and even ensured that he had the right set for him and ensured his phone was programmed properly. She is very much so pro military, and ensured he was set up with all of the parts he would require for his devices while he is deployed. EVERY one working there ARE BEYOND just giving ASSISTANCE. Theyre incredibly respectful.I find myself excited. To just maybe NOT HAVE to ask some one... ANY ONE to have to repeat themselves. The fun part is when they have to spell the words AND I STILL CAN NOT hear the sounds...Will it help with the absolutely SEVERE tinnitus?

Lorissa was amazing! She helped me with my hearing test, and went over the results with me taking the time to really explain my type of hearing loss and the benefits I would receive from utilizing hearing aids. She carefully fitted my devices after programming them according to my needs. She was a wealth of knowledge in how to use the iPhone app that controls the many settings for usage of my Starkey Livio AI 2400 devices. She was so amazing! And she has changed my life! I cannot recommend her enough if you are suffering from hearing loss. I should have gone to her years ago. It is life changing and Lorissa is so supportive and encouraging. I cannot stress enough how much she has helped and continues to help me. Lorissa provides continuing support after the sale. I took my father to ActivEar and was very impressed with Mike and his staff. This was daddys 3rd test on his hearing and we couldnt believe how thorough Mike was with the test. His test was longer and more detailed than the audiologist we took him to. He explained the loss and how daddys hearing aids would improve his ability to understand speech and hear better. Boy was he right! Daddy hears everything! He loves his hearing aids and enjoys Mike. We are recommending him and his hearing aids to anyone we think has a hearing loss.
