I was initially treated well until I asked for some help installing or showing me how to install my new windshield wipers and I was initially told that was not their job and insurance would not allow it. Very Snarky, then a very nice person installed them for me. I later found out he was a driver and worked on his car alot. Changed my entire view and feelings about the store.Thank you to David.

Needed a new battery for my 2014 Nissan Rogue. Help with selection and installation of the battery so I would not have to come back with the old one. Ssved me my time which is more than money. Great staff and great service.

Good selection, great prices. I bought a starter and Ive had to return it twice. It couldnt have been easier to do. It was a lifetime warranty, but still at other stores, theres always issues. Not at monument. Ill be shopping here from now on!

It is store which does not follow the rule to refund sold items. In my case I purchased the electronic car pump and it does not work as supposed to work in requirements and they declined to refund it because I tried to use in front of the store door. Do not recommend to buy anything from this store!

Very excellent experience there, everyone was really helpful no attitude just being all about the customer!!!! One of my radiator hose pop off the guy came out tried to get it on and then helped me find the part I need to fix it! Very good customer service

These guys are fantastic. Our son had a small accident in our old Durango. My husband had to replace the power steering pump, hoses and the radiator. Cameron, at Monument Car parts Vallejo helped my husband save so much money. (He calculates about $170) Cameron had small parts hard to find elsewhere, which helped my husband reuse parts that still worked. Finally he steered my husband to a product called Alumaseal which sealed up the small hole on the radiator, so no need to replace. Thats $100 right there. My husband highly recommends this place. It is his go-to.

Parts Inventory wise, its like napa Auto parts but affordable on some parts but mostly same, if not at AtZn or OReilly usually they have it for my2009civicSi. Also easy in and out accessible location.
