My experience with them were AMAZING, Willie and his staff were very friendly and did what ever they could to help me. When I picked up my car I was shocked it looked so good and they even painted my doors on the side that was damaged to make it all blend in together, another add bonus was that I had a headlight out and they replaced the bulb and cleaned my from headlights. They keep me in the loop about what was going on with my car and the insurance company. I will highly recommend them.

Willie has been my familys collision repair, mechanic and insurance liaison since 2005. Listen to Willie when he tells you that he can polish your cars dingy headlamps to look like new. I purchased new headlamps for my Toyota Prius and returned them saving me $150. Willie is also determined when it comes to insurance issues. 👍

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Willie is a RIP OFF. He charged me $180 for nothing then threatened to charge storage fees after he toyok my ATM card. Killer is he told my insurance he couldnt find anything wrong, claim was closed, THEN HE TOLD ME TO GET RID OF MY VAN IT WONT LAST LONG, HUH? SO WHY WOULD HE TELL MY INSURANCE HE COULDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG! OH and said he could not check head haskets unless the radiator is fixed, really?RIP OFF! LITERALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A SINGLE MOM! HONEST TRUTH! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, CON ARTIST! One star just to post, I give Willie, minus fifty stars!This week my mechanic found the damage within five minutes! Willie refuses to refund me $80. I brought my 2017 Mercedes E300 for a damaged rear bumper cover repair. I was advised by Mercedes Fairfield dealership to take it to a authorized Mercedes repair shop but I thought that it’s only a bumper cover repair and any good auto body shop would be able to make the repair. So I decided to take it to this auto body shop (Sonoma Auto Collision, Inc) (contrary to Mercedes Benz advice) because of their Yelp’s excellent review rating...and I was glad I took it here. Willie Zeldan, the manager, took really good care of me. What you’ll notice from him is that he’s very friendly and trustworthy. The repair was done as promised and when l looked at my damaged bumper cover it looked like it was a brand new bumper. He also said that he even did some minor scratch repair on some part of the bumper and also my car was “hand washed”! And because of this, I would like to recommend people to bring their car body repair needs to Willie’s Sonoma Auto Collision, Inc in Vallejo, Ca. Thanks Willie!Ernesto
