My Nephews (14 & 11), got $$ from my older sister. We were near a GameStop....guess where they wanted to go? Ice cream store? NO.....GameStop. I went in with them. It took about 20 minutes...they kinda knew what they wanted, separately, of course. Apparently you need adult to enter with minors. I enjoyed the visit (and the lady customer with shorts & tattoos up & down her legs) 😍.

I was so pleased with this GameStop! The floors were super not gross (a plus!) and the cashier-man (Chris??) was so kind and patient. Definitely the best GameStop experience I’ve had—and I’ve had some questionable ones.

They will try to sell you things you dont want or need. If you go in you better know exactly what you want because if you have one of them help you they will try to up sale you.

Staff is super knowledgeable and polite. They break everything down for you give you the insight on all offers and latest games.

Love this place. I took a family member here to make a purchase and the manager answered all questions regarding returns and age appropriate purchases. Masks are required and the number of shoppers inside is limited.

I used to work at Gamestop last holiday season, one of the best places to work at. Even though it was only seasonal I had a good experience and being able to interact with the customers made me feel good.

Outstanding customer service !! Of course Im a last minute Christmas shopper. So I had no idea as to what game my daughter wanted for Christmas. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. This Game stop rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning. Between three people, including someone from another Game stop location, we called over 90 times, to no avail. The phone would ring, and ring, and then go to a mail box that was full. It was a little infuriating, since I was calling to make sure they actually had a game in stock, because their system showed they had one.I decided to risk the drive, and head over to the store. When we confronted one of the employees, who barely looked for the game I wanted, about the stores phone system, she looked dumbfounded. When we called the store on speaker, and she witnessed firsthand what we were talking about, she looked even more lost. She passed issue along to Andrew, who not only seemed more concerned than his co-worker, but also thoroughly checked to see if my game was in stock, which it was.Even though the situation was irritating, Andrew did what he could to make up for it, plus he seemed genuinely sorry about it. As other reviewers have mentioned, the store employees do seem more concerned with chilling and chatting with friends over helping customers.They have a large selection of games, which is nice, but thats not worth making the drive over.

Bad customer service,, didn’t notify me that my pre-order would be delayed for weeks after release date. So I did the most logical to do, which is get a refund and buy it somewhere else.

Its gamestop,the same ol gamestop they buy low and sell high so youre better off shopping on the online market on your system but i came to get something you can not buy on the PlayStation store which is a power cord(didnt feel like thrifting and it was only 8.66) so that was pretty cool

They suck. First I wasnt allowed to use a credit that I have. Said I had to redeem it at the store I received it at...lame!Then, my chip wasnt working. So I tried to slide it. He said you have to use the chip. Really? Couldnt get what my son wanted.

Itnisna gaming paradise dont get me wrong. Just dont sell your stuff there, their offers are insulting. Their mark ups on used items is absolutely ridiculous. But they do have things for gaming no one else has. Also, shop around when looking at preowned items. I have found some items cheaper new at Wal-Mart.

Had what I needed and made it easy on and out

I went and priced a bunch of items I was going to be buying and gamestop failed bad by alot even when it comes to gamestops pre-owned items I still found a better deal, cheaper prices on BRAND-NEW items from Target in the same shopping center! controller, games, and headsets saved about 35 dollars I would have lost at game stop

I waited over 30 minutes on hold. I drove over while still holding to find no customer in the store and the staff just cleaning. 2 time I have been treated horrible and the last time I ever shop at this location. Probably just done with game stop.

We shop at game stop very frequently, and we always have a good experience, however today their workers went above and beyond. I had lost a set of keys for the company that I work for, and thought that they might be there. I called game stop a few days later, and the person on the phone said that they seemed familiar, and that keys matching the description had been brought in after being run over by a car many times.We went into the store to look for the keys, and one of the employees said that because they were badly bent, and had no name on them, they might have been thrown away, we thanked them for their help and started to drive home. On our drive, Rommel an employee at game stop called, and said he had our keys. He had went and dug through the dumpster in order to find our keys. I am so grateful, because the cost to re-core the locks would have been in the thousands. A great customer service experience.

Answer your phones. Why hasnt corporate fired all these kids? Need training on proper customer service as well as answering phones!

They dont have computer games here its all consoles. But they do have some PC gaming hardware.
