I must preface this by saying I’ve been to many many INO throughout CA for years and have never been disappointed. Until today. Went to the drive thru, a girl took our order & didn’t repeat the order back to me, which was strange bc they usually do. Got to the register window, paid and got short changed but not a big deal. When we finally got to the 2nd window after a longer than usual wait time, he handed us our food and drinks. As I started to drive away, I noticed the order was incorrect, also the burgers and fries were COLD. On top of that the customer service here was awful! Stay away unless you have a lot time to waste here.

This In-n-Out location, like most others in the chain, pays very close attention to detail. While many other fast food chains will get even the simplest orders incorrect, we placed a very complex order today with many custom requests and had no issues.Fast, friendly, and accurate service is what you can expect here.

I honestly dont really get the hype...the wait is too long and the fries..could be better....

The good: solid In-N-Out food and service. It’s the usual…and the usual is pretty good.The bad: our car was broken into at Noon in the parking lot with many people everywhere. And the Vallejo police aren’t even interested in doing something about this apparently common occurrence. I’ll never stop in Vallejo for anything again - I felt much safer in the city of SF.The great: Tim, an In-N-Out employee, was fantastic. He helped clean up the broken glass, he taped up our broken window, and he was nice and patient while I yelled about the whole mess. A really nice guy and much appreciated.But I’ll never go back to Vallejo!

They serve the best hamburger. The double double combo is #1 for a reason. Two fresh hamburger patties with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and the special sauce on a great bun is phenomenal. You got to try it for your self.

Drive thru line was long but always always worth the weight. I like to read while Im in line. Burgers are the best in Vallejo!!

Even though the drive thru line remains lengthy (shared lot), these employees are all around fast (indoors and drive thru). My correct order, associated requests, reasonable pricing and delish food are nailed in one EVERYTIME

Was okay.... nothing amazing or spectacular. The food took a little longer than I expected to he served. The presentation of the food was so so. Fries were warm not fresh and hot.

Its In N Out so expect a line. That said, its In N Out so expect great service and great food. Theres a reason people see the line and then wait in it on purpose.

I’ve literally called corporate to tell them how amazing the people are here. Every single time i come here actually, I tell them how great they are. Some people have bad days and come to work unhappy but you’d never know here. They’re always so happy & joyful and sweet. If they had a In N Out American Express Card I’d get one. I vote In n Out needs its own special day. My cousin is a party planner she agrees too .. she would totally help ... FOR FREE

I received a very and pleasant welcome approach. I was well attended to my request.

We decided to eat here after our morning at six flags and I was blown away by the service of this location!! I’m not normally a fan of in-n-out but my husband loves it. I can say that this was also the best tasting in-n-out I’ve been to.Yesterday was the first day of indoor dining since covid so they were super excited serve us. They went above and beyond by helping us to our table, to checking in on us often, and getting my 2 year old daughter her own hat and stickers while we waited. The to whoever the store manager is...you’ve got yourself a diamond of a team!

The food was great, you can taste how fresh it is. The customer service was above and beyond, the employees went out of there way to check and make sure everything was just right.

Fries are freshly cooked and i love the burger itself.We always crave everytime we passed by.Thankful that we have a nearest one here Im Vallejo.Until next time.A++!..worth the money

Its In-N-Out! What else is there to say? I typically get a well done burger (they make the buns extra crunchy). Hardest thing here is to avoid ordering too many burgers for just me.

I went into the store to place my order. Order taker was efficient and professional. Stepped back to wait. Watched one man looking inside bags and running around like a chicken with its head cut off!Finally he called out my order number. I handed him my receipt, he shoved a bag at me. I got in the car and went home.I dont know whos order I got, but it was NOT what I ordered.

Post Covid mask restrictions, nice to see this place open including one of the larger indoor eating places. They werent busy on Sat. during lunch, it was so nice and they have touchless drink dispensors. The lady approached and asked if there was anything she could do for us, like extra condiments, I have never been asked before and it was so pleasant. Very great experience.

Our go to place when we need to get dinner quickly,always busy but ran well,especially with a employee taking orders in the drive through to speed things up,very polite and well mannered,and one of the few places you can order items not on the standard menu (such as the 4×4 burger)

This is the nicest, cleanest and fastest In-N-Out Ive been to so far. The staff were super nice, every table was clean and the burgers look like burgers from a photoshoot. Great stuff.

Its a great place for a fast cheap meal! Lines are always long, but they always keep them moving by having someone outside taking orders from you in your car! Great job!

This place is great, but a little too crowded. I’ve always had to wait a while for my order, but it’s a norm at this point. The workers are always friendly and enthusiastic, and they seem to be always cheerful, which is great for the customers since happiness and positivity easily spreads. I don’t come here much anymore since ones it’s local, in-n-out in general gets old, but I’ve always had a great experience here.

The long drive thru line. They are very-very long. We timed it, we were in wait line yesterday at 7:56 pm and came out at 8:26 pm. Holy moly that’s not fast food anymore, this is just regular waiting time for food. Everything was great, but the wait time is just too long. We saw other cars turn away behind us instead of lining up.Maybe the pandemic is adding to the line wait time.Some creative suggestions:• Bill at the place of order ( get two people to bill)• use the billing window to roll out food as well.

I’ve been to in n out countless times and they have never got my order wrong. Didn’t think I needed to check before pulling away from the window but it was completely wrong. :(In n out is great so they set the bar high. So for this branch - 1 Star.

Normally I get the cheeseburger combo. This time I got the double [ twopatties, two cheese ] double. Sometimes the single cheeseburger just isnt enough. LOL. It was good. I always ask for a packet of the spread for the fries.

Ive never had a bad in-n-out experience. My only worry about this place before it opened was the traffic. Its in a horrible spot for traffic flow but they somehow figured it out and it isnt anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. They even have air traffic controllers out front with the hand held lighted flashlight cones and everything. I wonder if they have traffic controller dance offs.

Come here early or at an off time. Staff is friendly and food is consistent. I will always order a double-double and a neoplolitan shake.

Our Cheeseburger orders came correct but our burgers were not smiling, patties were glued to the bun super crooked so half the bites we didnt get meat. The fry oil was old so the fries werent good. Not the In-N-Out standard we know and love! Step it up and keep trying Vallejo! I believe in you!!

A little slower than other in n outs Ive visited. Also someone is a little heavy handed on the salt. Otherwise, great place to enjoy a quality burger and fries.

Fries taste like cardboard...burgers are small....wait time is crazy....nothing compared to whataburger....glad i live in texas!

In & Out shares a special large place in my ❤. So its hard to hate. Nothing different here. My only negative is that the drive through is faster than inside. Even if the line is wrapped around the parking lot. Things go faster in the drive through. The line is the only confusing thing in the parking lot. Without instruction people just fo their own thing and you may get cut in line by someone who is less informed. Other than that the quality is just as good and the 4x4 with chilies (on the burger) is the way to go with fries slightly under. Not the healthiest option but one of the tastiest for sure.
