This place is a field trip for my in-laws and me from time to time. They are a service for them to replace batteries, trouble shoot devices, and take care to make sure they know what needs to be done for their hearing sides. I have found them to be helpful and cheerful as well. We are fans.

Great place good customer service just heard theyre opening another office in Pinole

I got tested and fitted over a year ago....Excellent care and attention.....Although now under new owners, Cathy, the office manager is wonderful and is working with the former owner to continue to provide excellent service.

The store is supposed to be closed by 3pm, we were at the door at 2:49 but it is already close. maybe they will just redo their schedule and write anything earlier than 3pm🤒🤒🤒

It is under new ownership, first appt with her she had to cancel and then I had to call to reschedule... now I have another appt and today she just called and cancled it and told me she had a appt 2 days later at a specified time. This screws up the rest of my whole month actually for I had things I could of put in where that appt was but not now with short notice. Also if I want appt she is saying she has I will have to rearrannge so many things. This is 2 appts and 2 cancels. Not a good start of new business she is taking over.

Bought hearing aids here a couple of years ago. They still work and the people here are always taking care of me...free!
