Went to this location because of a sale. Staff was ok but the one guy that helped us hella over-sold us paint. We gave him the dimensions of multiple rooms that were to be painted different colors. He estimated we would need 3-4 gallons of each color (5 different color/shades). We ended up only needing 1-2 gallons of each color. He wouldn’t take back the extra paint back even though he was the one that over estimated! The “manager” wasn’t any help either.

Chase was an amazing sales man. He saved me over $200 by offering to create an account for me. I had a custom color I needed and he matched It super fast. Very friendly and professional

He not only knew about the product and what to recommend but was very personable and even called other stores to get the product we needed. Good color selection. While remodeling my home, I have appreciated the ease of running to the this store for supplies. The parking and customer assistance is so accessible. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly. The quality of paint is well worth the price, and they have many paint grades to choose from.

As a professional decorative artist, I found this store, ... mundane. I use local stores as often as possible to help stimulate local economy. I have been to this store a total of five times now, but only purchased an item there once. The other times; I dropped by to see their wall papering tools, I was laughed at and told nobody wall papers these days, (Ive hung paper for the past 30 years, the last two years have been some of my busiest); as per SW website, they carry a glue I like, I ordered a 5 gal bucket, ... didnt hear from them, so stopped by a couple of days later, was told they found a bucket at another store, but Id have to go to the Fairfield store to retrieve it so that store would get credit for the sale. I went to East Bay Paints where they had my glue the next morning at 7am. SW paints are good, the staff was ok, location is good, parking is good.

I took a piece of dried paint and they scanned and made almost 99.99% match. The gentleman working in the store carried my paint out to my car. They have now become my paint store . Thank you for the great customer service.

Their paint is good, but a lot more expensive than Home Depot for comparable paint.

It annoys me that these guys wont take back old paint for recycling like kellymore. Also please tone down the sales pressure
