PLACE IS A MESS, PARKING LOT IS DISGUSTING, SHOP LIFTING GALORE, NEEDS TO BE LEVELED. THIS PLACE IS A CRIME HOTSPOT, AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.....BEEN GOING HERE FOR 13 YEARS AND ITS BEEN LIKE THIS THE ENTIRE TIME.........

I did not hate the help, what i do strongly dislike is the extreme disorganization, the very dirty parking lot and the lack of help. Im sure they dont pay those people enough to deal with all the issues that this particular store has. They seem to have a great selection but you cant hardly navigate thru the isles from the clutter. Its ridiculous.

I absolutely LOVE the Dollar General Store. I get such great name brand items for a qtr of the price and also the employees are always so helpful and curtious when they are helping me find something or just checking me out

Low stock on most items. Sjelves were bare for 5 of the things i stopped in for.

The place is always a mess. Never is stocked & always out of products. Usually very understaffed, usually have to close very early. Even tho its not my favorite its not their fault. The employees here are awesome. Only reason i do keep going back is because of them.

This is the dirtiest dollar store in the state. I thought they were going outta business when i walked in. I couldnt find a thing. I was falling over inventory piled up on the floor still needing to be stocked...a complete mess...just throw the whole store away.

Friendly services, Polite, and Helpful. The drinks were on sale and they were out of stock of a particular drink on the shelf and I asked the lady if she could check in the back and she went out of here way to go look, then came back to finish stocking the shelf.

The store was quite busy and I only saw 1 employee. He was doing his best at the register with a decent line. The store wasnt a mess, but it wasnt tidy either. That employee needed some help.

Good for getting a few things without going to Walmart and getting frustrated. Good selection and is relatively close for those in the area that find it hard to get a ride to a big store. Hard to get out of due to the extremely high traffic in the area. Check them out for their great selection of sodas frozen foods and a DVD for the kids.

Shelfs are never stocked and there is always 7-8 people in line with one register open

This store was filthy...empty shelves stock carts sitting everywhere in the aisles couldnt get to what you want even if it was on the shelves...only one employee in the store. Used to be my favorite store but not now will not go there again

Perfect place for last minute shopping

This was my 1st time shopping at any dollar general and i have to say i was impressed with the items they carry and better quality than i expected. The two female employees were extremely helpful and friendly, looking forward to going back when i actually have money to spend.

This is my go to store 🏩. Its location is convinient for my 👨‍👩‍👧 family and I. Their customer 🗣service is excellent👌, the prices💲🤑 are great. I enjoy my visit every time.🤗

Didnt have what I was looking for, staff was helpful to look though.

This was my first visit to the store. Before going in I went online and printed coupons and chose a few digital coupons offered on their site for the products I was going to purchase. I found everything I needed and proceeded to checkout. The total of my coupons was $17 yet their register would only ring $5. The cashier was friendly and all but didnt know why all my coupons would not register. I made sure I had exactly what was needed matching the product and count as listed on the coupons. One digital coupon was $5 off when you spend $25. My total was $40 something dollars. Even if all my coupon amounts were taken off I still met the $25 requirement. So this makes no sense why it was not deducted. I read reviews online that many people had the same problem. The manager had gone to lunch right before I made it to the register so I never received an explanation or helped. A long line of customers was behind me so I just had the cashier void the whole transaction. I had planned on going back when the manager was due back but ended up buying some of my items at another store while out.So the store has good sales and coupons but if they dont honor what they are offering then its a wasted trip going there. Disappointed. Thats a shame too because I seen many items I would have come back to purchase that I didnt know they carried.

The place is filthy. There were two isles that you couldnt even go down. I tell myself everytime I leave, that I will never go back, but it is so close to my house. Family Dollar is about 2 miles farther. Guess Ill drive the 2 miles. Every customer in there was complaining about how nasty the store was. I wont go back. Wouldnt even rate it a one.

The store was a bit messing. Hardly nothing on shelves. Stock was still in boxes at and in the aisle.

This was the most sloppy Dollar General we have ever been in.

Nicer inside since the remodel, I just wish they had more or a larger freezer and refrigerated grocery options.

Not ás good as they use to be this store use to be a 5 star but I know he. Any more you walk into it they dont have their stock out it takes 3weeks for them to put out stock you still go in there looking for old Glory dog food they dont have it out they say its in the back we just havent got to it yet get fed up with this place you go to the dollar store the one down by Watson lane it is clean no boxs of stock all over the axles blocking the asked I give them a 10 star they run that store right

Very friendly and cheery staff, but the store is always messy with items being out of place constantly and shoplifting in this location seems to be an everyday thing. Send as though every day I am seeing or hearing of a shoplifter doing something stupid here causing safety concerns, especially while my children are shopping with me.

This is a pretty good place to go except for the fact that they remodeled and now I dont know where nothings at I used to know where everything was and now I dont and Im in a wheelchair and theyre Isles or so small its hard to get around

I try to avoid this Dollar General. Not because the service is bad but because I’m tempted physically assault the people I witness constantly shoplifting in here. It’s flagrant and annoying when I’m trying to pick up a frozen pizza and a 2-liter of Big Red.Geeez... I feel terrible for the people whom have to work here

Finally found baby wipes for my grandkids.the 2 people there were working the buts off,one trying to clean and stock, the other one was the cashier.

Always out of/or discontinued what ya need/want never seen anything like it..The store stays busy but the manager can never get enough help,she and the assistant has to be there on truck day to unload and for DG to order for these stores instead of the managers is rediculous.

Sold me the wrong cigarettes the wrong kind then I load 400 on a card and its showing it wasnt put on my card I go in and get told company policy once I leave the store they cant help me.

Besides the aisles constantly being full of carts of boxes of stock just sitting there, Ive noticed that prices are going up. There are very few things I get there that are cheaper than elsewhere. Cashiers on their cell phones taking personal calls while checking out customers is a big NO for me. This has happened more than once. This store is just 5 minutes from my house, but Ive reached the point where I would rather drive a little further to get what I need.

No employees were wearing masks. When I asked her why, she repliedI dont know.

The store is trashed . I have been there twice and both times the merchandise is just slung on the shelves and the floor. The employees are not inclined to do their jobs at all. And the store was at least 80 degrees inside. I will not be going back a third time if I could give a lower rating I would.

Couldnt buy a DVD cause there was a case full of stock .. on wheels.. that couldnt be moved.When I asked could I move it just enough to get back there and see it myself, the female cashier working 2 mins ago replied, theres nowhere to move it I said I just wanted to see the DVDs that was for sale and she huffed and puffed so I eventually said never mind.Just another example of someone wanting a paycheck to do nothing smh clowns 🤡
