Juju is very disrespectful and rude. I purchase my Honda polite 2018 at this location. He never told me that my car had so many damages to the car. When I educated about these damages to his attention. he was so rude, he called me a liar that he told me about the damage. I had brought the car back so he can see it.I also stated to him that you never told me that the car had these damages when spoke to him over the phone. He than told me that if i fix these issues he is charging me half price to fix it like i made these damages.He than told me that i had to drop the car off to get fix. I had asked him if i will get a car to use while my car was getting fixed. He than told me no i have to get a rental for those days. I had expressed to him that i can not afford to be home with out getting paid and plus i dont have any more money to get another rental because i went back to work from a bad car accident on mothers Day. he told me to wait until i have time to fix the car. So today i had text him about fixing my car he than called me today and was cursing me out and being rude.I had upload pictures all the damages that i educated him about and our text messages that i had with him.

I want to thank Ramone and Jay for helping me get the Honda Pilot Limited Edition 2021 for my family. And also Gary (finance) for getting me a good deal. I had been to several dealership prior to this one. I thought the transaction and the sales went as smoothly as I had hoped. The GM (Jay) chatted with me about the value of treating customers well. Although some of the reviews here are negative, I guess you cannot please everyone, I think they do a pretty decent job. I would recommend my family and friends to come here.

I bought 2016 Honda Pilot with the extended warranty at Honda of Valley Stream. I have been having issues with how the gears were switching from the beginning. The latest issue is actually one that is a safety issue.. The car stalls out at times when stopped and cannot be restarted. The gear switches to Neutral. When I change it to Park, and then try to go into Drive, I get a message that i need to start engine but the engine is running. I am not able to stop it either, by pressing break and the Stop/Start button. I tried it multiple times and finally it stopped and then I was able to restart it and drive again. This happened to my daughter while she was on an on ramp to a highway, and my husband as well. So this behavior is not only inconvenient but very dangerous.We brought the car to the dealership but they said that since no error code shows up they cannot do anything. They changed the transmission fluids and the day after I picked up the car the same thing happened. I filed a complaint with NHTSA.

Certified pre-owned 2018 Honda Civic LX Red with 8, 492 mileage- Man, these guys are great! Sale person- I think his name is Chris and finance person was Jamal. The car buying process was smooth, easy, and transparent. They didn’t shoved no jargons on our face. They explained the fees and taxes and answered questions we had and was not sure about. Jamal was very patient with me because I had so many questions and needed clarifications! My wife was very happy with the car and she loved it (our old car was a headache) and my wife feels very safe in this new car. The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star was because the certification fee was too expensive and they didnt want to negotiate the price unless “The only way I can give you a discount is if you purchase the extended warrantee”. Huh 🤔, nope. Other than that, Honda of Valley Stream rocks! I will definitely come back for hopefully a new car in years coming! Thanks Honda of Valley Stream!

My experience at Honda of Valley Stream was a negative one. I visited this dealership twice and both times the service was questionable. My first visit I asked to see a car and I was never helped. I spent my time showing myself around the showroom. I asked if anyone was actually coming they said someone was on their way. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck around. No one ever came to help me and I ended up leaving. I tried to give them another chance because I am serious about buying a car and I wanted to see what deal they could offer me. This time someone came to help me. I suppose the presence of my step-father helped them take me a little more seriously. When it came down to talking about numbers, they had no real figures to show me. Ive visited other Honda dealerships and theyve given me quotes with actual numbers but I guess they werent seeing me as a potential buyer. They gave me amount estimates it will be about this much or around this price how am I supposed to close on a deal if I dont have real dollar amounts. Overall, I do not recommend this dealership. I know other people who have had bad experiences here as well so shop there at your own risk.

Specifically called ahead asking if they are honoring MSRP on a CRV, Spoke to Chris Parlow said they were honoring it and to come in to the showroom. I drove over an hour to the showroom only to be told they are not honoring MSRP price, in fact they’re almost 6 thousand above it. Extremely shady tactics, waste customers time, and getting peoples hopes up for nothing.

Service Center was very clean, attractive and comfortable. Wait time was reasonable considering type of service completed.Staff was welcoming and there was no wait time getting into the registration area which was a welcomed change.Only issue I had was that after my tires were rotated the tire air pressure warning appeared on the instrument panel within a few hours after service.I returned to Honda service department and the matter was corrected within a few minutes - no waiting.Great staff from beginning to end!

Very negligent service. Called in a couple months ago to ask if the 22 civic is released yet, if not when can I expect it to be. A young lady named Desiree Duncan outright told me they have a few on the lot and I can come in to test drive. I even asked, are you sure? 2022 civic?. I heard nothing of the release yet and was just looking for an idea of when. I scheduled an appt, cleared up my Saturday just to find the day of,(a week since I scheduled) that its not released yet and wont be for a while.

I truly enjoyed this new facility, they ran a very smooth operation it was really a better experience from Honda millennium service center. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was clean. I did not give five star because Honda millennium gives free coffee and pastries. But I can honestly say I prefer valley stream now!

I appreciate the transparency of pricing and estimated service time at this location. So far I have had no issues with the quality of work. Other services have never been pushed on me but any recommendations that were made were only necessary to maintain and upkeep my car.I think going to a dealer is always more expensive than an independently owned shop. For example, my last visit was for a new key. It cost a whopping $250. A tad ridiculous but you essentially are paying for Honda.

This may be the worst car dealership ever. Made an appointment to see a specific car. Get there 5 mins before the appointment. They tell me the car is getting washed. why they would have the car being washed at the exact time I have an appointment to test drive is beyond me. I end up waiting an hour and the car never arrives.It gets better. after waiting an hour for a car that was promised to me to be test driven, I leave the lot without seeing the car. Jose, the worst car dealer on the planet calls me and says that the car finally arrived and begged me to come back. I come back and am waiting in the lot. Jose sends me a TEXT from Inside the dealership, Isn’t professional enough to come outside like a man to tell me that unfortunately the car has sold. Absolute garbage! Low lives.

I went to Honda of Valley Stream to have problem fixed caused by another Honda dealership. The previous dealership recommended an alignment. I noticed that the car was pulling right after getting the car back. I went back and the vehicle still pulled right. After much back and forth with that dealership, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I went here and problem solved. The cost was less than what the previous dealership charged and more/better service was performed. The service advisor was outstanding. Always fearing the worst when going to a car dealer service center, I dropped my car off at 7AM (with an Appt) was greeted immediately. I was having a tire fixed, an inspection, taillight replaced and a recall corrected. The service person who helped me, Joseph was more than professional, polite, helpful, beyond my expectation. My only gripe, is they did not put my donut spare back into the well in my trunk. They just threw it in the truck. that I would expect from a dealer where I leased my car. Other than that I am very satisfied with the service center of Honda of Valley stream

I will say; it started out as a good experience. Latoya was very helpful and patient as I was juggling with leasing a new car or financing my old one. I even told her of my experience coming to their dealership when Manhasset had really turned us off with my mothers purchase and my lease 3 years ago. I decided after that I would finance my own car and Latoya set me up with the preliminary items. However, after that it went south. After waiting an hour for the financial team, we found out that there was another person waiting ahead of me and apparently he was the only financial adviser working on a SATURDAY. Latoya asked if I could come back at 6pm (we had been there from 2pm and now it was 4:15pm). I said no and was ready to walk out. The financial adviser (who I will leave nameless as to not embarrass him) raced out of his office and informed me we could do it over the phone because he was backed up. They had me sign the document to get the title work ready. That was at 4:15. I left and went home. I called back at 6:55pm after never hearing from anyone (because they close at 7pm) and told the person on phone I still hadnt been called. Five minutes later, he called back stating he would call back at the end of the day. He returned my call at 8:30pm (mind you this is a Saturday night), seemingly exasperated, and we did the process over the phone but not before quipping some good advice.... do not come in on a Saturday. I informed him I am a working person, and so are most people, which is why we come in on the weekends. He promised to follow up with my insurance the next day because we would be using a different finance company for the car than Latoya had coordinated with me. After hearing nothing AGAIN, I emailed him back on Monday, asking if he reached out. He told me he had not, he was backed up again and something about Honda holding him up on the phone and asked what he wanted me to do. I ended up calling back on my own insurance and setting it up on my own because I wanted it complete without the excuses. AND I had to email him again because they did not include the correct address for the other company. To be perfectly honest, financial adviser in person did nothing more than Honda Financial or corporate could have done over the phone. And if financing your car is an option over the phone, corporate needs to do this more often as to avoid having people come in unnecessarily.BOTTOM LINE- the place is clean, (spotless actually) sales associates were friendly and helpful, but from the words of Hondas own financial adviser... do not come in on a Saturday. They do not have enough financial advisers working, so you need to either get in there at the crack of dawn, or go after (or before) your work day. And btw, the issue I had with the Manhasset location was BOTH the sales associates and the financial advisers...HONDA really needs to hire MORE financial advisers or put more on staff on the weekends when working people are more likely to come in. Just my two cents.

It was my first time ever going to a dealership and I can definitely say I had a great time! Nataly was my saleswoman and she is absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I wanted in a car and helped my dream come true. Nataly made me feel completely comfortable. My grandparents came with me and were nervous as well because they were mostly spanish speakers but Nataly made them feel comfortable as well since she is a spanish speaker as well! I definitely recommend going to see Nataly because shes really the best there is! Im so happy with my 2021 Honda Civic Sport and I really couldnt be more grateful for Nataly for helping me. :)

The service was a horrible experience. I went for a B1 service which was for an oil change and tire rotation. After receiving my car I took a look at it at home and realized they never rotated the tires. I called the dealership because I wanted a refund. After a long conversation I went to the dealership the next day only to be lied to again. The manager willie who didn’t have any decency to speak to me directly went through one of the service reps to tell me that they didn’t rotate all the tires because two were fine. So I said that’s funny because the driver side wheel has the same damage on it, so the tires were not rotated again! I wasted 4 hours between two visits and I will not be coming back here for service. I was lied to for 34.99! Do yourself a favor and take your car to a reputable place. I thought I did.

Wasted my time, called for a used car test drive, they said yes we have it, come in. I get there 15 minuites early after driving 45 minuites, they say they dont have it with them atm, on a different lot they will call us when its there, wait another 30 minuites still nothing. Finally after another 30 minuites, we finally got a call, to tell us the car was sold to auction, and basically told us that we wasted 2.5 hours for a car that was never there. Absolute waste of time because of employee incompetence

The facility is very clean and bright. Marcel, who assisted, always professional and cheerful. Shuttle service was convenient. I am actually happier with the amount of time they took to look at my car as in pervious years - not sure if its b/c of social distancing - but keep it up! My only complaint is that they gave me a complimentary car wash and I guess it was the anti-rain treatment - but it was horribly smeared across my windshield and I had to re-clean it.

Bait and switch tactic in year 2021. We saw a honda pilot 2017 touring that matched what we were looking for. Scheduled a meeting with lyndsey for today. She tell us to ask for chris bartlow and the car is available. So we make the trip out there. Ask to meet chris at our scheduled time for that car. The young lady calls for chris and then instead of chris coming another young man comes over to ask which car. We show him and he goes into a office and speaks with a manager. The young man comes out and says that car is sold one hour ago but they have another one similar at a slightly higher price. We ask to meet chris and finally get to see chris and chris says there mix up on schedules and he not even responsible for use cars. It is the gentlemen oscar... then why was a schedule made for him? All seem very unprofessional and hopefully they not doing bait and switch during a pandemic.

I arrived for service at 7:00am for a 7:20am appointment. I had to wait two hours before I was told that there was a nail in one of my tires. Then I was told that I needed new Transmission Fluid, Brake Fluid and Coolant in addition to a change of oil, and that the nail had been found on someone elses car not mine. I was billed $573.46. It seems that repairing a tire wouldnt have resulted in a large enough bill, so they fabricated more expensive charges. I have never had to completely replace fluids for any other car that I had owned, except for engine oil. I feel cheated and I will never return to them for service.

I asked if I can get the price that I offered, otherwise I would visit the place so both of us would save time. The salesperson said he knew it and asked me to talk to his manager, guess what, I ended up wasting my time. That was a very bad experience. 👎

Javon is an excellent sales manager. He worked with me one on one to pick a car that was right for me and within my budget. Every question I had he answered with no problem and really made me feel comfortable. The entire used sales team was friendly and assisted with whatever way they could. This was my first car lease and the we had the best experience at Honda of valley stream. Ive been around other dealerships, gave me a lot turn around, with no honesty. Called today to get a quote on 2020 Honda Odyssey, and gave the sales person the trim level as well as what I would want to put down. He called me back saying no 2020s in stock, only 2021. He said price was 369 a month with taxes and fees upfront and I asked is there any room or is that the best price and he proceeds to say Oh I can do 200, stop asking me ridiculous questions and come down. Worst dealership to shop at. Taking my business down to Huntington Honda.

I received a letter from Honda about an airbag recall for my Pilot so I decided to bring it here to Valley Stream. I’ve been to Hillside Honda and it was absolutely aggravating that they purposely made a tear in my axel so that I would pay for it. That was why I was hesitant to come here to Valley Stream because maybe a situation like that would happen again. I’m glad I came here! Everyone is so kind and attentive to your needs and whatever you need assistance with. Because I haven’t serviced my car since I got it last August, they preformed a routine check and let me know what I will need to fix next time. The service center was open and clean. Following COVID-19 guidelines, they have designated seating to be able to be socially distanced from everyone else. I am very satisfied with the service I received here at Valley Stream and will be back!
