Ive never been to this location before but Im so happy I stopped in. Athalia was working when I arrived. She was so sweet and so informative. My new favorite Sallys location.

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted with a friendly smile and asked by the representative Cheyanne (hope I spelled her name right) did we need any help! Although I made a funny joke telling her I wanted to put a weave in my hair she still proceeded to take me to the section. She was very professional with great customer service skills. I also got the privilege to meet the store manger Dominque. She was assisting my sister with finding a product. She was very friendly great personality! I am really pleased with the professionalism and great customer service. The aisle were very clean and well organized compared to other stores Ive visited. I used to like to shop at Sallys and Valley stream But theyre so overprice the store is a mess Management is horrible Last time I went I couldnt get help with anything I go to Ulta the staff is much better I will never go to sallys again Feel Beauty is also across the street in the mall they have a better Selection of beauty products Sallys is the worst the store smells like Fish
