See David when you visit the store. I bought a mattress that was too firm and had to exchange it medium plush one. David was very helpful thru the process. Keep in mind with the 120 days sleep trial, you cannot exchange your mattress until after 30 days. So if you made a bad choice like me, youre stuck with it for 30 days. They charge $99 for each delivery/exchange. Choose wisely!!!

I wish I could be getting more sleep, or even some good sleep . Ive been having the Worst sleep ever! Noises are coming from my mattress. Its saggy when in bed. ( we feel like we are in a deep ocean, that we have to fight to get out of). I have back pain and neck pain every time my husband and I try to get a sleep on my $1200 mattress firm beauty rest legend mattress.After lifting my mattress to take a picture of slat,a big gap was discovered at the back of my mattress. Most uncomfortable sleep EVER! Please help!
