Im new to the cigar lounge smoking relaxing experience. What a great place. My first time walking in the amount of cigars they have is overwhelming, but the staff took the time to help pick the perfect stick. I have been there a few times after and every time has been better then the last. Even the customers in the lounge make you feel like family. This place is super clean. I cant say enough positive about it, you need to check it out for your self.....

You want to check out an overwhelming and organized amount of cigars you gotto stop by. Right along side of sunrise highway with parking available no real reason you cant stop. The staff is friendly. They have a nice lounge area, and a massive selection of cigars.

Very nice and clean cigar store and lounge. Visited on 9/27/20 and the female behind the counter (I didnt get her name) was extremely helpful and patient with me as Im a bit of a novice in the cigar game. I took mine to go, but they do have a seating area for folks who would like to relax and enjoy a smoke while watching some football. Ill be back for sure, I had a great experience and walked out happy.

I always have a great experience here. Even though they are very very knowledgeable. They dont look down on cigar novices like me. Very patient and great personalities. Also a great selection and they specialize in cigars. Wont find a bunch of other stuff in here.

I called Raj from Cigar Superstore, he was courteous and knowledgeable. Their selection is amazing. In less than 5 minutes Raj was able to locate for me a certain box of cigars, take my info and guaranteed me 3-4 day delivery. Was so happy when I came home on the 3rd day to find this securely wrapped box sitting on my porch. Raj + Cigar Superstore would be my go to place if it wasnt 400 miles away. Im adding Cigar Superstore to my favorites list. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

I dont claim to be a cigar aficionado but I have developed a habit of smoking a cigar after dinner with a hot cup of coffee and I usually prefer a Rocky Patel Premium. On this particular day while at a friends house we decided to visit the Cigar Superstore & Lounge to pick up some Rocky Patel Premium, but to our disappointment they ran out. We asked the guys who worked there for an alternative and they recommended Monte Cristo which was very smooth and flavorful. The place has every cigar you can think about from prices ranging from a couple of dollars to hundreds of dollars. The staff is knowledgeable, even though one guy intimated to me that he doesnt like smoking cigars at all. There is also a smoking lounge attached to the store for those who just want to relax and smoke before going back home to the wife. Great place for new smokers to amateur smokers to the aficionados. I recommend.

You cant find a better cigar store to find your perfect stick. First, I love the fact that there is enough ample parking space on either side of Cigar Superstore. The selection at this Cigar shop really blows you away. The sticks that you cant find anywhere else will definitely be here at Cigar Superstore. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service is superb. Ill continue to drive from Manhattan to Valley Stream to shop at Cigar Superstore. Prices are very reasonable and definitely helps my pockets. Lol. Stop by and look around inside the largest humidor in Long Island.

I just picked up cigars not to long Ago and have been visiting many lounges in the island to find the perfect one. Each lounge I go to I have treated really well. But this store puts the icing on the cake! I’ve been here twice and will now be my regular spot. The guys inside the store were awesome! Very nice and helpful. I told the guy that I was new and he recommended a lot of stuff and they were all great! I came another time because I figured it was time for me to get a humidor JB the house to keep these cigars I’ve been stocking up. Raj and his employee were very helpful, accommodating, friendly and patient. More than willing to give me better deals than what they offered. You know who just made a life long customer? THIS store! This store has the biggest selection I have seen on Long Island. BIGGEST. Their lounge is free as long as you buy the stick from their store and it’s pretty nice and ventilated. Parking is not troublesome and they are willing to help with what ever you need. Thank to the people from moms super store cause they got me hooked!!!

Im here now. If you cant find cigars here here in the wrong store. They have everything including a very very upscale lounge. Im very impressed. This will be my new hangout. Come on down.

The inventory is outstanding, everytime I went there looking for a cigar, they had it.The owners and staff are phenomenal and very knowledgeable. I saw someone complain about the dog, hes very friendly and stays behind the counter that has a locked door, anyway. The owner let him out only after my fiance wanted to pet him.The lounge area is a little cramped but the patrons are great. I really enjoyed my time going there and met some cool guys.

Decent store nice humidor, helpful staff prices are a bit on the high side, I purchased a hygrometer cigar tube a few months ago the thermal gauge was loose and after spending several hundred in the store I came back the next day and was treated as if I broke it I havent been back since however if youre looking for good cigars and a nice humidor you should be okay

You want premium cigars? This guys have it. One of the few authorized retailers for Davidoff. The place to go for top premium cigars and if a cigar is hard to find they have it. You do pay for it since their price is not the cheapest. But its worth it. Hope this helps

I recently stop in this store and was very happy with the service I received. I have been getting into cigars recently but still would consider myself a novice. I have been to a bunch of cigar stores and I am usually greeted with blank stares, almost like I am interrupting the group of regulars. Gorbi and Peter were more then happy to show me around the store and make suggestions based on what I like. Very helpful and knowledgable. I will be back to this store because of the service I received.

My wifes friends love their post cibum cigars and, being a good host, I was tasked to go shopping for their after dinner treats. Raj set me up with a selection that they more than likely would enjoy and bulls eye...they smoked them down to their nubby ends (i assume this means they enjoyed them).Next I asked Raj to pick five cigars that I, a newbie, might enjoy with them and although I have not completed this experiment with an n=1 i thought it was clever that in with the five he included a sixth sleeper/mole ie one that was a less expensive imposter among the five premiums. All the more fun. Having never been in a cigar lounge I was impressed that there was an almost pub-sort of feel to the long smokers lounge on the premises...no need to freeze ones b off and besides, how contemplative is having the tendrils of ones smoke blasted south in the omnipresent north wind of winter? The clientele were politely sociable. Nice B&M that I plan to use to support my new hobby.
