Visited the Green Acres store on 7/22 and the Manager-CRYSTAL was very effective in resolving a price issue. The cashier Brianna and sales associate Aaron also provided excellent customer service. Kudos to Crystal and her team

Horrible service i was standing there for 15 min and no one asked me for help. 4 employees talking about buying an apartment and how foot locker keeps them down and they only make $45,000. So I spent $500 at champs where I was greeted with a how can I help you. I was in and out in 15 min as it should be

If you are a sports type thats the best place to go.

I love the sneakers at house of hoops and certainly spend enough money in them in many different states. My issue is there is always some or many employees who DO NOT KNOW THEIR MERCHANDISE. They do not know release dates, and they literally kill to ensure their initials are on the sneakers you purchase for credit. It could be managed a little better. Clearly at times, the employees who work there must be relatives or friends. They know nothing about the product. Geez, its difficult when they do not comprehend the customers needs.

I walked out of the store without buying anything. The majority of the shoes I wanted they did not have in my size. And they was snooty and not friendly. I can spend my money at establishments that appreciate my business.

I went there to exchange my shoes. They had friendly service and the transaction was fast. I got my shoes delivered to me within 5 to 7 business days. I will be back if I need anything else.

The employees were no help, only one of the woman that worked there helped me. The others looked like they were high off drugs and dont know where they are. I asked one for help, he turned around looked at me and then walked away.
