After receiving shoes online that looked like a truck ran over the box and was band together to keep intact. I tried to exchange at the store. Well now I know why they look like that. The mens shoe section was flipped everywhere!! After trying to find some help I was told I was better off going home and doing it online. Unbelievable what a waste of time. What a sad store I will never go there for anything again. They dont deserve any Stars!!

Since this Penneys is closing the cashier system is so lame only two register stations on top and lower levels..I literally stood on the line for an hour in a half for one item... If It wasnt 90% off I wouldnt of stand the trouble... I would like to go back on last time before they leave but I dont think I can Stand that wait anymore.. But they do still have nice items left for 80-90% off so hurry!! @Green Acres Mall!

The store is closing!! I am so excited they are so many items within the store right now everything is 60%-80% off of the original price and certain items get an additional 70% off. I just went in to get a pair of pants originally $75 dollars mark down to $11. You better go before everything is gone!!!

This location have been open for decades and its been the same. The only thing I see different is less employees but outside of that, nothing have changed. I only go during sales. There are always great deals during this time. I purchased many off my work attire from here and I have no complains.

I love the place they have such great selection of clothing from every brand such as Columbia, north face, Patagonia and other brands. One of the employees was giving 20 % and 30% coupons while we were shopping. I bought 2 jackets and I got a huge discount thanks to those coupons that lady gave me and thank her too for giving it to me . Overall great place I love it .

JCP.... Gosh, do I love coming here. Everyone is so nice and ready to help. It can be a crazy wait to cash out but so worth the wait. The deals are off the chart and the quality and price are the reasons I keep on going back. So many greater choices from dresses, to men suits, to baby outfits and accessories. This is a store I would not walk into for buying things. I did however get a good deal for something I bought online. I saved shipping costs by picking it up at this store which was the sponsor store. I have not been back since and dont plan to shop there.

I usually dont shop here accept for Christmas. Prices seem ok. Especially during sales. I personally think they should redo there logo and try to cater toward a younger crowd to stay relevant. But what do I know

This place is a gem, typically I avoid Jcpenney, however my sister convinced me and I grudgingly went. Im happy she dragged me there because the amount of money I saved was unbelievable. Ill definitely be back!

Only giving one star because upstairs is decent, however if you have to shop downstairs for kids or men’s, I recommend going to sears instead. Everything is disorganized and messy. I spent forever trying to find sizes and a single pair of dress pants were $110. I went to sears and in 15 minutes I found the shoes, dress shirt, and dress pants on sale for just over $100

I had quite an experience today at JCPenneys. I when to order some items online because I did not have my credit card. Wow I was there for quite a long time but I need to give a shout out to the lady that helped me. Do not know her name but the system was giving her a hard way to go but she stuck in there and I was quite satisfied. I also want to give a shout out to Brandon for his knowledge help an excellent customer service. This was in the return Department downstairs at the green acres store.. The lady that helped me and Brandon both gave me excellent customer service and without them I think I might have left and came back another day.

Got a great deal on a bikini today and the lady behind the counter put me on to an extra online discount code on top of the 50% off sale they were already having....but besides all that I was online for over 20 minutes for one item. Unacceptable!! Need more cashiers for such a large busy store.

It has lost its appeal to me. Once it was considered to have quality service & clothing. Now it seems to have very little that Id buy.

I wish I can give ZERO star because this is what they deserve, they don’t respect kids at their shop specially the old manager lady, she was screaming with my kids and yelling them to not touch, like seriously that’s how you talk? She was very rude with us and almost all the kids parents at the store, she has no respect for customers! The way she was talking it was not appropriate at all. My daughter cut her finger and I will take an action about it. I always go their to shop every time I visit to New York. The Salon was Freezing. The AC was on.. my appointment was at 10am. I left at 1250pm.. and its still Freezing. Its 28degrees, outside.. and its Colder inside the Salon

Service was pleasant. They were very cordial and mindful of the customer shopping experience. You could tell that theyre trained to make sure the customer is happy.

It was good except, for the returns you dont know where to go until you spend a lot of time waiting upstairs in that line then when you gets to the cashier then thats when you were told return is downstairs.

The cashier is very helpful. You can find jewelry and clothes for the whole family. There is a wide selection of shoes, however the party shoes are disorganized and it is hard to look through with many missized boxes.

Hi today I went to the JC penney store at green acres mall. I was trying to purchase two sweater was on sale for 26 dollars and the original price was 44 dollars and when I went to the cashier to check out she talk to me with bad attitude and she told me stand by the line but line was too big so I decided to leave the store immediately. The management should trying to give there cashier how to treat there customers. I was just checking the price to make sure that is on sale, because when I was on first floor to purchase two sweaters she told me the price was 44 dollar . I really had bad experience shopping at JC Penney.

Worst customer service ever ask multiple employees for help finding the section where they have skirts one asked what is a skirt (a female employee nonetheless) and many just kept sending in circles I got fed up and ended up ordering it for store pick up in the same store and picked it up. The store is also in a state of a mess never seen a big name department store look worst that than a department store from the hood

They closed the doors where ppl exiting after waiting on line to pay then had to go to the other side of jcpenny to exit and re-enter the mall from the outside just to get to their cars on the other side of the mall. Lazy employees who would rather pretend to be busy than greet, offer assistance or even check out a customer. The location looks like a dungeon, signs outside not even lit up. JCPenney is dying, but this location is already dead.

Needs upgrading, better service. Happened to be nearby so we stopped in to look for girls sneakers... ugh. While the clothing department is nice and well kept, when it comes to the kids shoes... its a total joke. Barely a selection, half the boxes in the shelves are empty, and the available sizes. Well probably end up buying online for pickup, but when these stores wonder why they go out of business. Also, would it kill to have more cashiers on the weekends when people are there to shop?! The whole chain needs upgrading in general, this particular store could use some changes to keep it thriving for the community.

I went to pick up an online order. The woman who works in online orders / returns was very rude. Not to me but to the customer who was ahead of me. The lady was making a lot of returns and it made me feel uncomfortable, while waiting. No one ask you to work in customer service, be polite at least, it is your job. The lady customer told the representative that she purchased the items on the weekend and the representative stated I dont know what goes on during the weekends I dont work on the weekends nor do I come to this store on weekends . That was uncalled for and we didnt need to know that. I wanted to rate it with a 1 star but my order was correct, however the representative need retraining or a position that you wont have contact with customers.

Some people my age feel like Jcpenny is for old people but when you take your time and try things on, you find some cute clothes!The Worthington section was a life-saver for me. The work clothes were organized and I found the BEST work pants that were true to size. I also bought a worthington dress on sale and wore it to a wedding. Thats me in the white floral. Great material too!

Came shopping for men boxers and any clearance menswear in big & tall. Nothing in either. Some Mens clothes was 50% off but markup hardly made it a deal worth buying. Many packages of Boxers were opened and disarray. Sizes all over the place. Not a good shopping expierence.

The workers are super rude.My mother in law(she doesnt speak english) got a very badly ripped $10 back from a cashier which she told me to exchange. I asked nicely and the cashier started arguing with me and will not change the bill. She finally agreed to change the bill if only she gets a customer to open the register. So I had to buy something just for her to open the register and all that with her bring so angry and mumbling crazy remarks.That aside. Great sales all the time and much more savings with coupons.

Its an old store inside the mall. Granted we have gotten a few good deals here in the past. It has a kind of musty smell to it like theres a leak or water damage somewhere especially in the lower level.

I love shopping at JC Penny, there are always deals and discounts when you sign up for email and text messages.

Well to honestly tell you the truth I only like the lower level of that Jcpenney store. The upstairs(main level) is a complete headache. Everything is mixed up, nothings in their right place. You dont even know where to begin to look. They need to hire more workers to work on the floor in order for these racks to look more organized.
