They basically stole 16$ - 3 Uber drivers went and sought out our order. We eventually cancelled. They lied and told the Uber people they were already in the process of making it - oh wel. Hope it was worth it.

Workers are friendly. They ran out of both flavor of smoothies I wanted but they tried to rectify it. Overall great experience.

Had a quick trip for some ice cream. Imani helped us get exactly what we wanted and some extra too. Our experience was the type of experience you want from your local Baskin Robbins.

This place is the worst! Terrible customer service, they are insanely rude. The hours posted are also messed up. I went there two nights over an hour before closing and I saw the staff cleaning up inside with a locked door. This is ridiculous! How do you turn away business so easily?!

Great manager in the store!!

I order a birthday cake for my son online and it said it would be ready for pick up then next day. When I arrived there was no cake but I was charged. There was no manager present and the employee was willing to give me whatever cake they had leftover but my son did not like those flavors. I was instructed to return the next day by a certain time. When I arrived I was told the manager just left. No one can seem to help me, nor refund my money. Now I am stuck waiting since no one can seem to help me and I have an appt. So not only did I not have a cake that I already paid for my sons birthday, I also do not have my money... No patience!

Great food and service!

Its a store divided For Dunkin donuts and Baskin robins. The problem is when you go to the side of Baskin and Robbins you order they make you go to the other side where Dunkin donuts is to order. Not very organized.

Late night lady gave my son a donut ball because he fell outside, so sweet

Their moves are weak, shoe game weak, customer service weak, weak overall tbh. All them need to be fired immediately. No cap.

Really bad service at night, just got out of the store empty handed after waiting for 10 minutes. I also requested the bathroom keys and I was told it was out of order. Poor service and dirty store.
