Kenny and his crew know tires! As well as anything else related to suspension, brakes, steering…. I really don’t even know their full catalog of services.As far as personal experience, Ive been going to this place since 1996, flawless alignment work, flawless balancing work, the best catalog of tires at competitive prices. I’m convinced that he has the best alignment, installation and balancing techs in the tri-city area. My truck now rides like it is on rails with zero vibration and it sits level now.The only thing that new customers need to keep in mind is this, Kenny Knox does good work at reasonable prices, and everyone in the area knows this, so they are busy thru out the week, the work will take time. Your best bet is to go there first thing in the morning (like 6am) and drop your vehicle off with instructions to call when done. In many cases it will be done by lunch. IT IS 100% WORTH THE WAIT!

My friends were right to recommend Kenny Knox for new tires.. price and customer service. Expected to wait longer than one hour estimate I was given. To my delight the whole process took 45 minutes. Now I can recommend this business.

My husband Jerry Patterson told me of this place for tires he had been dealing with for years. Ive got to say I was impressed with the service here. We bought 4 new tires. The place is ran very nicely. The owner is very respectful as is his staff. The place is very clean on the inside & outside. They do have alot of business so you may have to wait for a bit. Having a lot of business, tells me one thing, customer service must be amazing. Everyone is well treated here staff works hard to get you back on the road as fast as possible. I had to return with my car a few days later, my tire I thought may be out of alignment. I was greeted kindly, they took my car in & aligned my tires, The owner did tell me that, one of my new tires had a big lump defect in the rubber. He had already ordered my tire before he spoke to me & told me it would be in the next morning by 8 am. To please come back for the replacement. Again, I returned for my replacement. It was put on & all was aligned again. They pulled my car out of the garage handed me my keys. Thank you all so much for your kind & amazing customer service. Great local business. Keeping the money in the state an County.

Sat there for almost an hour to get 2 tires put one and watched them pull in multiple cars, that showed up after me. I just left and went somewhere else.

Due to high traffic he does have a hour wait time but I can say well worth the wait he will get the issue resolved!! Love love love Kenny Knoxx Tire

This place is great when youre in need of quick service!! I couldnt find any new or used tires in my town and they surprisingly had both!! Theyre about 25 miles from my house so it was definitely worth the drive. They are very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied!!

Awesome staff. Was traveling home after a vacation and had a tire issue. Knocked it out quick so I could continue my travels. Would definitely recommend. Looked like they could handle tractors, atv, and utv also.

I was so grateful they told me they would immediately look at it and it took them no time to put my spare on and get me on my way back to work. Went in today because I had a screw in my tire. They all were super nice. I wasnt there long and they had me back out on the road. Which with my schedule is a great thing. Definitely will continue to take my business there. Its a bonus when they greet you with a smile. :)

Kenny Knox and his crew are my personal favorite group of mechanics!! Whether it’s a tire problem or not, I ALWAYS take my car to them!!! I’ve had my tires, brakes, alternator, battery, and most recently (today) water pump replaced by them. I wouldn’t want to use any other business when it comes to my car!! He, and his staff, are always professional, quick, and honest (which is MAJOR to me when it comes to a mechanic). I’ve always been extremely happy with any work I had done here. The two autos we have at our home will always be taken to Kenny Knox Tire for any repairs or maintenance needed!!! Give them a call! You won’t be disappointed!Edit: something I would also like to add, anytime that I’ve been at the shop when my car was being checked out, they ALWAYS called me to the back and showed me exactly what was going on with the car each time. This meant a lot to me because I’ve heard of other mechanics replacing (and then billing) parts that never needed replacing. I recently looked up the ‘average cost’ for replacing a water pump, and the average cost was well over $200 MORE THAN the price Kenny Knox Tire quoted me. You can’t beat that!!! This is one honest group of mechanics, and that alone is PRICELESS!!! I will not do business with anyone else, these guys are the absolute best in the business!!

Everyone is always nice and professional. They are quick to try and help you meet your care tire needs. When i had a damaged tire they werent sure would even be covered in their insurance plan Kenny found a way to at least squeeze me a bit of a discount on the replacement tire. The atmosphere is nice and neat with even a friendly little kitty roaming around. This is the only tire place ill consider

My first time going here. These guys corrected an error made by another local tire shop . He knew exactly what this issue was his guys knew exactly how to fix it . I was in and out my truck rides 10 times better . And my favorite part was they didnt mind explaining what the issue was. Took a car for leaking tire. I was there a max of 15 mins and they had me ready to go. Awesome service and awesome price.

I highly recommend Kenny Knox! I live in Auburn and took my daughters AWD Subaru to a local very well known tire company to have it patched due to a screw in the tread. They informed me it could not be done because it was too close to the tire wall and suggested 2 tires they had in stock that would work. I declined and started researching. 1st I found that I should not use a different brand tire because of the tread pattern so I had to find the same tire. It was a brand that most companies dont keep in stock so I had to research who could get them. Another tire store in Auburn could get the brand just not my exact tire. I could order one from Wal Mart but I couldnt get it until July 22. Then I called Kenny Knox! He could get the tire to me at 2:)) that afternoon and for cheaper than Wal Mart!!!! Took the car in and low and behold....He could fix the tire!!! What??? I was told it couldnt be fixed by the Auburn tire store! I asked what about the tire he had ordered for me and he said he would just ship it back!! Instead of paying $130 for a new tire I paid $15 for a patch!! I know where we will be going for our tire and car needs from now on! Thank you Kenny Knox!!!

Great price on tires, fast service for such high volume. Witholding 1 star for moving my seat all the way back every time someone gets in the car. Im 62, its not necessary and annoying. This is where you go for good, honest service though.

Such a nice business! I have a 2016 Chrysler 300 and it has a rattle in the back wheel. Opelika Chrysler (DO NOT go there ) wanted $2,000 to fixand said my wheels were not original equipment which they are because I checked with the dealer and saw the dealer invoice from when the car was delivered to the lot originally after owning the car for 2 years (what a bunch of jerks at the Opelika Chrysler dealership!). A friend told me about Kenny Knox. I went to the business yesterday and have an appointment next week to get the wheel fixed. They were very professional, courteous and cared about my problem. I cannot say enough nice about this place - THANK YOU FOR EASING MY MIND!!!UPDATE: Fixed my wheel and did not charge a thing! This place has my future business! THANK YOU SO MUCH for such a great experience! You surely dont find places like this with such integrity and customer service anymore these days. Kenny sold me 4 new tires for my big SUV & told me that would fix the road noise, It didnt, drove like a tank over rocks. Kenny promised me he would change the tires and put my tires back on, I had 4000 miles on them. He told me to come back the next day & I did, he had sold my tires to someone else. He was someone I had trusted and used, as did my mom, I paid him for a warranty on the old tires, he did not honor it . One of the tires was not missing some of the lug nuts & bounced all over the place. Id taken the church van down there since we were taking a trip and they lost the keys. I was so grateful I had a spare at home and had taken all the other keys off. I hope I never have to go back, would never trust him with my mom or aunts cars, the church voted to not use him again for any of the church vehicles. I was hurt by his actions & very dis -appointed in his treatment too. Several of his workers told me he called someone to sell my tires to AFTER he knew I wanted them back.

I couldnt have asked for better service. I called that morning to price tires, they didnt have the size I needed in stock but told me they could have them as soon as that afternoon. I got off work at 3, arrived about 3:20 and was serviced and out by 4:15. This was great time considering there were ppl already waiting when I arrived but they were completed and then myself.
