I came in today interested in buying my wife a cricut machine for our anniversary. Veronika, was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to explain the differences between the 3 available machines clearly, and concisely. This is absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. From anybody. She needs to be overseeing multiple stores.

Wayyyyyyyyy overpriced on anything you can touch in that store. Go to hobby lobby, they have 5x the goods that Michaels has with better production quality at decent prices.

Grat place to get your kiddo crafts to keep them busy especially during this time of covid 19. I also watch cobwebs and candlesticks on YouTube and I learned to make alot of Halloween things.

Was really hoping to find dark purple (blue, not red tones) silk hydrandeas.

I went here to have a couple of art pieces framed. Very expensive but about what I expected for the frames. The lady at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She came up with a matting and frame design that I hadnt thought of.

Very nice, always good to see Michaels helpful staff. Even though I couldnt find what I was looking for, they gave me some great ideas. They have an amazing yarn selection. and their paint department is huge you can find all kinds of wonderful paints. I had not been to this Michaels before and I really liked it.

This store is always well organized and clean. If I can not find something the staff are very helpful and can always provide advice on items and crafts.

The reopening was wonderful! The store was organized with products neatly displayed. A lot of price markdowns and plenty of associates on hand. So glad stores like these are starting to open to the public while ad hearing to State and CDC guidelines. Feels like we are getting back to normal and the public is responding in a positive way. Yay!

My main stop for my many artistic projects. Ive been coming here for years. Theres this constant debate about Hobby Lobby and Michaels, and which one is better but really its just relative. Ive just always liked Michaels because of the sales and the accommodating staff. Such a good place to get lost in. You could let your inner creativity run wild and get you into even newer and more satisfying mediums.

Michaels is a treasure for creative people AND for people who dont yet know how creative they are! I was just such a person until I visited Michaels to frame a picture. Now, I browse all the aisles to always find new interests. Graphics, clay sculpture, body art and much more! Great help is always available. Prices are always very competitive! The other customers youll meet are willing to share their knowledge and enthusiasm. I love Michaels when I have the itch to CREAT!

The only reason I think this place is beyond exceptional is because of how great the staff was helping me find things and the care and treatment I received from them. I only got to give it 4 stars not because I couldnt find what I wanted and not because they dont have great coupons cuz they do and also taking competitors coupons like Joann 60% off is awesome however the last two years are Michaels has not had the plain white ceramic Christmas buildings that you can paint for your town so Im pretty disappointed in that.

I wasnt even looking for it and found the perfect birthday present for my sister. She loves lemons and its doing her kitchen in lemons. Well it was staring at me right in the face a wall picture made out of wood slats with lemons painted on it and it said bless this kitchen, I believe. I forgot to take a picture of it sorry. but you can just about find anything youre looking for interior decorating wise. They also have so many craft ideas, and model still for kids and adults as well. They still do photo matting there which is great. Go take a look!

The cashier who was helping us was extremely rude. When my wife showed her a coupon distributed to her email the cashier yelled at my wife about how she got two 50% off coupons and said she needed to notify the corporate office. While my wife paid at the card terminal, the cashier TOOK HER PHONE and was going through her inbox. My wife had to grab her phone back from her. I was floored!!!!!

Customer service on the floor is terrible... learn your store, please. This has happened the last 3 times that I went in there. Each time, I asked 2- 3 people were things were. Grrr. Still better than Hobby Lobby any day!

And they move the sections of the store around every few weeks so good luck remembering where you found something last time, because it isnt there anymore! Remember... if its July, its time to start shopping for Christmas decorations! If its November, youve missed the Christmas decorations, come back in July.

The store has a very wide variety of arts and crafts. My girl was really impressed with the variety and amount of beads there! The staff was friendly especially the cashier. On the other hand the people shopping were pretty rude.

Michaels is my go-to place for all kinds of art and crafts supplies and ideas. From acrylic paint to foam sheets to t shirts, wood items, vinyl cutters, jewelry fittings, and glues. A great, diverse, friendly place, full of ideas, with friendly, knowledgable staff, A fun place to shop.

Love this store! Be prepared to spend hours if you come because there is so much to look at! They usually always have what youre looking for and the helpful staff will help you find it.

I love this craft store!!! I ordered a last minute craft online. I went to the store to pick up the item, it was a little confusing as to where to go to pick up my online purchase. I stood in the long line (cause it was Christmas Eve) to find out I was in the wrong line. The workers there couldnt have been nicer and got my purchase for me. I look forward to going back soon, because I love making crafts!

Love the framing department in this Michaels. The store is not as pleasant to shop in as Hobby Lobby. Often have trouble getting assistance when needed.

Gr8 place for all ur craft projects. But I only shop the sale items or when I have a 50% coupon for a coveted item.
