Mike and his team did an amazing job getting my car back to it’s original condition following being rear ended. Mike kept me in the loop regarding the repairs, and delays, even the ones out of his control. The car looks amazing. Both customer service and work quality are top notch.

The car hasnt been repaired yet. My reception when I arrived was friendly and welcoming. The person that checked and evaluated the damage was knowledgeable and very helpful. My son had repair work done by you and was very satisfied with the result. I will amend this post after the repairs have been completed.

So here is some of M&S handy work. They did a hack job on our cadillac. This is the second car they did a terrible job on. I forced my insurance to let me take my car elsewhere.The roof was rippled. It needed a new roof but they tried to do it as cheaply as possible by fixing it with a gasket and silicone. The paint job was terrible with primer showing through in spots, debris in the paint, and the roughest orange peel I have ever seen. They over sprayed the bumper and claimed they didnt touch it, along with other areas they messed up. It even said what they did in there work summary. Smhthey added more damage to our car while in their possession. Side swiping it with something and leaning a ladder on it, and smashing a cord in the door bending and denting the door jamb. They blatantly LIED to the insurance about it.MIKE is a liar! And he holds a grudge when you dont accept his lies and poor work.

Have used M & S for all of my body work and refer everyone to them when they need work done because they’ve always done a great job and have been professional and always provide details as the repairs are being done. Great place to get your car looking new again! I don’t trust just anyone when it comes to my Camaro, they never disappoint!

They were efficient and did a good job though I had to go back because inside of my trunk had not been put back together. Later found a loose piece, going back to ask where it goes.

Paint job on hood looks terrible. They refuse to make it right. Insurance paid them over 8 hours to repair and refinish hood and they say wasn’t enough time to sand down the imperfections, instead they painted right over them. Broke the hood molding clips and glued it back on.Did not aim headlights. Paint overspray on windshield. They gave the car back with a bent and unbalanced “new” wheel. They did replace that after going back.I am an automotive technician at a very well known shop in town and they tried telling me the noise I had was not the wheel bearing that was hit in the accident. I checked it out myself and it was in fact that wheel bearing.Mike was very rude and annoyed as soon as he knew the car was coming back.I will NOT recommend this body shop to any of my customers.

M&S Collision repaired my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica after it sustained moderate body damage after a rear end collision in October of 2020. My Pacifica was taken in for repair on 11/11/20 & was completely transformed by 11/20/20.I & my husband were extremely pleased w/the body work & paint job done to return our Pacifica to its pre-accident status!!I highly recommend M&S Collision not only for their body work abilities, but also for their well trained staff who were also very personable.

I had used this company because my insurance sent me here for car repair for a front and rear car accident. I had come in, checked in, waited a bit, spoke with Tim, showed him the damage And left my keys. With a front and rear impact my insurance was anticipating 3 weeks. Tim kept contact with me made sure I know where we were in the process the whole time. They had my car for 10 days before I got it back, so a week and a half before insurance anticipated. When I picked up the car the process was simple, they had me pay my deductible, sign my paperwork, we went out to the car to show the repairs. When I got in to leave with the car they had cleaned the inside, no dust, carpets were clean, they even got the hard to reach spots under the seats. I was very happy with the service here, especially Tim. If you do go here, I think you’ll be very happy with your service.

Customer service was amazing. They followed up with me twice a week just to keep me posted on the progress. When I picked up my car it looked as good as it did they day I bought it. Thank you so much for making this process so simple. Hopefully no more accidents but should I have 1 I would not take it anywhere else.

After an annoying fender bender on my way home from work one afternoon, I gave M&S a call and was surprised to hear that there was about a week of waiting to get my car in. I see why they always have a wait - they are always extremely busy, and for good reason! Their work is absolutely superb, you couldn’t even tell that I was rear-ended anymore. The color-matching was perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the work.While your car is in the shop, you will receive updates from their extremely friendly staff letting you know what’s going on and what their estimates are for completion. I gave them a call when I was going to arrive JUST before closing, on a Friday before the weekend, and they said that it was no problem at all. For the incredible service and the incredible staff, I give them five stars.

Highly recommend! Had significant hail damage on many areas of my brand new truck. M&S got it repaired much faster than quoted and repairs looked beautiful. Couldn’t tell there was ever damage. Staff kept me updated through the process and answered all of my questions.

My experience at this company was absolutely disgusting. I am a Disabled Gulf War Veteran. I have a brand new 2020 Kia Telluride which I had for 10 days. While it was parked in handicap parking it was struck by a drunk driver in the rear left side of the vehicle. The driver had Progressive insurance so I took my vehicle to the shop which was driveable. After about a month of my car sitting there I came to get the vehicle in the vehicle had an extra car part in it that I never saw before and it had glue type substance on it and mud all over the rear,sides back portion of the vehicle. When I started to express my concerns about the visual condition as well as the extra car part on a brand new car. That I never seen before. The employees talked over me and wouldnt even let me express my concerns about the vehicle. I left the vehicle there a later told the representative for Progressive insurance that they can just keep the car because the car is not ready. 3 days later I came back to pick up the car without signing for it. The car still had mud and glue-like substance and I can tell in the rain that damage had been done to the paint. I did bring it to a Kia dealership to verify that the vehicle was structurally sound. Following that I had to take it to an auto body shop because of the paint damage that was done to it. The Telluride still had a glue-like substance on the vehicle. The new auto body shop properly identified the paint damage that had been done to my brand new Kia Telluride. The new auto body shop did inform the representative from Progressive Mr. Jordan Fisher that my car was NOT properly fixed. At this point Progressive finally waved a white flag. Mr. Fisher from Progressive admitted that he had never saw my vehicle after this shop said it was finished. To this day M & S Collision Center the manager or the owner of the facility have never spoken to me nor apologize for what has happened about this matter. One of the employees actually had the gall to rename me hey bud. The top all this all off. They wanted me to sign for the car before I even saw the car the first time. All I can say is if you are NOT a white customer you should avoid this place like a virus.

The woman at the desk who had dark hair told me theres no need to get an estimate anywhere else or go anywhere else.. i explained that I only had 1 Other place to go to and that someone was waiting on me and she said you dont need to in a very rude tone.. i get that you guys want customers but my god, be polite. I went with the other place who contacted the insurance of the person who rear ended me for me and took care of it all. Saw him friday he told me to bring it in tuesday. You should work on your people skills!

Car looked amazing when it was done

Every time I called for an update on how my car was doing the office clerk was very polite and helpful, when picking up my car it looked just like new if not better. They did a walk threw with me about my car and what was done. The guy was very professional and helpful. Also have a lifetime warranty with my repairs.

They always seemed annoyed that you want a quote. Plus they have crazy rules where you have to bring cashier checks and won’t take credit cards for more than $500. Just go to gerber.
