I would highly recommend working with Ken. He was very responsive, gave me a very fair quote for my windshield replacement, and got me in for service the same week. He was very flexible with scheduling as my schedule changed. He had my parts in stock so he was able to complete the job the same day I dropped it off. Ive very happy with his work and the whole experience. Ill for sure be coming back for all my future glass issues!

They repaired a rear view mirror that had fallen off because the glue mount failed. I drove in with a year 2000 Nissan that work vehicle that showed its age. I was treated just as politely as if I drove in with a brand new Lexus. Short on conversation but terrific on service - I would say the humor was wry.They would not take a cent because their first bond did not take. I doubt they would fess up to that if they read this.Just like the service you could count on back in the day at most. Services in valpo.

Fantastic work and expedient service

I drive a 2017 Subaru Outback with Eyesight. When I got a bad chip in my windshield, it turned into a decent sized crack, and I knew it would only get worse. I called a Subaru dealership nearby and was bounced around on the phone between 4 people and the last person did not even pick up the phone. To go through them it would be in excess of $1,000 because the eyesight would need re-calibrated for nearly $450 before tax, and I was informed I had to use an OEM Subaru windshield $600+ before tax and labor. After some research online I found the recalibration process takes about 35-40 minutes, and many said it was not necessary. For this I would likely need to get my insurance involved and make a claim as it would be over double my deductible.I got in touch with Ken and he gave me great advice and told me if we replaced the windshield with a Carlex windshield (the manufacturer for Subarus windows) that he would be doubtful I would have any issues with the camera system. He was honest, and said he could not promise anything, but he explained he was nearly certain it would work. He was kind enough to get me in on Christmas Eve, and had all the work completed in under an hour. Amazing, professional service, at a very reasonable price (under my deductible) - within a day of calling him. None of the hassle I experienced with the Subaru dealership. I left, got back on the highway, and my vehicles Eyesight worked perfectly fine. I tested the adaptive cruise control, lane assistance, and obstacle avoidance. No problems whatsoever. Many thanks to Ken and his team. Would recommend 10/10, if I know anyone with a window problem I will send them to Kens business without a doubt.

This company helped me with my insurance company and they were prompt, did a good job, and were much cheaper than the other places I called. My first visit to the Ken Pro Glass a few months ago was to replace the front window in my car. Not wanting to attempt the job myself, I called Ken at about 2pm. They set me up with an appointment the next morning at 9am and were finished by 10am. I was very impressed with their handling of everything! All I had to do was drive there and they took care of everything else. My second visit was to have some table glass replaced. I must have gotten there at the right time because I came in with measurements and was on my way in less than twenty minutes with two pieces cut, edged, wrapped and ready to go. Waiting was no problem either. Coffee, TV, and friendly staff with outstanding conversation made the time pass quickly. Ill be going every time I need any kind of glass service. Thank you guys for the amazing service will recommend you to EVERYONE!

Brought in a 2007 dodge nitro that needed new windshield. Also 2007 ford f150 that I thought have a tiny crack in it. I did call ahead for a Saturday appointment. Nitro windsheild fixed for a very good price including labor. Ken looked over the ford crack and said it had been repaired some time in the past. He cleaned up the crack and filled it for a fantastic price. I checked around for prices he gave me the best. Got it done. Thank you Ken.

As a person who deals with the Automotive industry non stop in life, theres a few things I will honestly always need somebody else skill in. I stopped in with My Camaro which had a Crack across the windshield for a quote, and I couldnt have been happier with the price compared to other companies. Dropped car off few days later when he got the windshield in stock a few hours later it was done! I couldnt have been happier with the how great it turned out. He went over how long to wait to wash the car I paid and I was on my way. Funny thing is I saw a few Ken Pro Glass signs on the back of dealership body shop areas which they call him to do work. Save yourself the upcharge and go directly him to yourself. From a small chip to a whole new windshield and even a rear view mirror attachment they can do it all and for a great price compared to how much youd spend at Safelite. So go ahead and give them a call, you WONT be disappointed.
