The gentleman that works there, Erik I believe, was nice and so helpful. He knew exactly where everything was. And went in the back to get something he knew they werent out of. Impressed. The store is very nice as well.

The gentleman working was spectacular. He overheard me saying I had no idea where to find a book and jumped right in to help. He not only knew where the book was, he knew about the series and related series. I later heard him leading a family to books their son may be intersted in. I wish I could leave his name in this review, he was so great, but I didnt catch it. Great variety of books of course!

Best book store has manga and has hand sanitizer around and bathrooms were clean.

Best place to find the book or books you want. If its not in the store they will offer or order it for you. Ive also ordered Calico Critters for granddaughter because it was the only place I could find it. I love this book store.

As long as bookstores remain open and dont censor the books they carry there is hope for the USA.

While some items may be a tad on the more expensive side the amount and selection of items they have well makes up for it.

I would give the store more stars but I do like thw store its just a little far to drive to, I wish they would open a store in Plymouth Indiana at least, that is a little closer.

I have been here a few times, thinks were a bit disorganized, but after some hard looking I was able to find what I was looking for.

I havent been in a Barnes & Noble in ages!!! I went in (mask of course) just took in the great scents from the in-house coffee shop and was looking for a certain book. Unfortunately they didnt have it. They will order it for you but I opted to just leave and order it for myself online.

I like Barnes and Noble but the number and variety of books seems smaller than ever. Its getting closer to a toy and stationary store. Still, its the only game in the area for new books and serendipitous browsing.Book stores probably arent coming back. Enjoy what we can while we have it I guess.I do find the staff here helpful and its certainly in a convenient location. I just wish the actual selection of books were better.

Love Starbucks and barns and noble! But this year black Friday was a bust for Barnes and no great sales.

I normally love Barnes and Noble however I could not get any help looking for something that I needed I asked a young lady if she could help me find a geography book for a 7-year-old and she leads me to a hundred piece map puzzle. Not hardly a game that teaches geography and certainly not a good book on it. and for some bizarre reason they were taking deliveries in their front door instead of the back and they were moving furniture into it during working hours. Very unhelpful people

Ive been disappointed with their in-store selections for several months. I really prefer going into the store to look through the books and then make my purchases. I also like bringing my grandkids with me; at 8 and 12 years old, they are both avid readers.Im sorry, but Ive been so disappointed that Ive started ordering from Amazon. Additionally, much of the place looked more like a toy store than a book store when I was in there yesterday.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and very quiet as one would expect. Theres just enough background noise to allow comfortable conversation without having to raise your voice. The book selection is, of course, quite vast. There is a Starbucks that sells all of the standard Starbucks drinks and small snacks along with a selection of hot sandwiches and soups. The tables are large enough to accommodate a single laptop plus a drink comfortably. If you like books or just coffee and books in general Id highly recommend a visit.

It is unfortunate that peoples opinion have taken out the chairs that used to sit in the corners. But its a great place to relax get a book and see whats new.

They did not have the book Iwas looking for but the staff was wonderful and I love the smell of books.

Workers are helpful and polite. Overall great except prices are usually better on Amazon. Need to lower their prices and Id get everything there. Or apply teachers discount to everything perhaps? I shop A LOT of Amazon. Judging by the delivery people out everywhere, so does everyone else. The amazon-brand delivery people stink, but I cant justify your prices, so... Get the prices down and youd be tops.Also, Id like to stop being dependent on Kindle. Give us a deal to switch!!

Barnes and Noble is a place I could enter and not leave for weeks at a time. There are so many books or magazines to look at and/or purchase. I hope they can survive this time in history.

I was lied to and did not receive proper customer service. I ordered 3 books by phone. The price was higher than expected so I called back. I assumed (my mistake) I was getting all paperback books. Not the case. I asked for a refund for the hardcover book. I did ask if she had the book in paperback. She proceeded to tell me it was too soon for this title to be printed in paperback since it was released a year ago in April. That was not true! My daughter found it online at the Barnes & Nobles site in paperback and checked in stock at this store. My daughter wanted to order another book in its place. I told the representative the book. She told me the amount in which I owed. It too seemed high considering I had two $15 gift cards. I asked her to return everything so we could start the order over. She told me should could not do that. I said, wed discuss payment when I got to the store to pick up the other books (the store was 30 - 40 minutes away). When we got to the store, the representative brought out the two books I ordered with two receipts. One showing the initial order, and the other receipt showing the return of the hardcover. That was all fine and dandy, but what about the new book? She wanted to charge me full price for the new book plus tax. I had gift cards that werent completely used up, and once again I asked for a refund so we could start the order from scratch. She denied my request. After trying to figure out the monetary logic of this transaction(which I shouldnt have to do) and not agreeing with it I informed her I would be talking to corporate. Her tuned changed. She was able to make that refund and charge the appropriate amount to my credit card and gift cards. I did not order any books, and needless to say my children (who were in the car) were upset not to be receiving any books. The only reason I would do business with this company is if I had received a gift card as a gift. They will NOT be receiving any more of my business. The representative I was dealing with was the store manager.

Chain retailers. Good selection of youre looking for a gift or something like that but if youre interested in a specific title or item they may have to order it. Theres a Starbucks there and they usually give out coupons for cookies or a drink in the cafe with your purchase. I believe its handicap accessible as well.

The customer service dept was too busy to help me. The girl was saying its just her today as she was going up to the front. I told her I would be in juvenile when she was done. She never came back. 20 minutes later I looked for her again and she was on the computer. I was like hey did you forget I was back here waiting? The cashier was awesome. She was trying to offer me the educators discount but I didnt have my ID in the small purse I had.

Barnes and nobles was awesome! They have such amazing food in their cafe, they also have a wide variety of high quality books to choose from! You will find anything that suits your imagination to read and have an amazing time there. I totally recommend going here!

I love this Barnes & Noble. Although no Barnes and Nobles will ever live up to Borders Books Stores, this was still an enjoyable experience. When I needed help finding something one of the workers was very understanding and helped me to locate the book. I hope B&N still stick around during this tough environment for Retail

Great place. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Order what you need on line and pick it up there. Oh, and avoid this place at Christmas. The staff is still pleasant, but listening to people complain about standing in line during the holiday season can just shoot down that joy, joy, joy down in your heart. They also have a great website. Go for it.

Barns and Noble always have the books Im looking for, and my kids love it here. I went to find a cookbook and they had it! I also bought my kiddo some books for her birthday! The staff is also friendly, and helpful if you cant seem to find the book you came looking for!

Helpful staff, lovely store, neat and clean. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Have real elementary teachers working in childrens section. That is so helpful for someone who is just starting to buy kids books for the little ones and needs advice on the good ones and the not so good. Im so grateful for their expertise! Thank you!

Went searching for a childrens book and when the sales person could not locate it, several staff became involved. Through their diligence, it was discovered the book was not a book but a childrens toy. The staff was even able to locate where the item could be purchased. I recommended several friends to the store just for the staff and their efforts. Those friends recount similar efforts afforded them by Barnes & Noble staff. Great customer service.
