First impression is everything with us, I called today (7/10/2020 @ 10:49 Am “Central Tome Zone”) to possibly hire this firm, They answered, very stern, I said hello how are you, the lady paused then said “Fine” right there I knew I would have issues...Have a better attitude because you never know who might be calling, this was a $5,000 job for you are you’re firm, be a little nicer...

Amazing service and a great technician! He was very smart but in no way arrogant about it!

Poor customer service-Had a simple request to adjust my surrond sound they installed.I live 40 minutes from their business-and they tell me I live to far-can’t come until someone else needs service in your area-was not to far when I bought the equipment.Knowing what I know now about service-I would never have bought there.
