Took them over 6 months to get us all the correct sized cabinets, assembly parts, etc. They didn’t even do a final measure of our kitchen before ordering all the cabinets so we had to reorder multiple parts. They would promise to call back and we wouldn’t hear from them till we call again. They sold us an 8’ tall cabinet and claimed it doesn’t come with shelves? Wanted to charge us $55+tax for the shelves. Horrible customer service, I would have much rather spent more money with another business and gotten actual professionalism.

Been meaning to write this for sometime. Deb at Cabinet Express/Hobart Lumber designed our kitchen remodel about 3 years ago. The detail to design and great customer service she provides cannot go without praise! We enjoy our updated kitchen daily. The number of complements we receive from our visitors are endless. Prices were good. The person we worked with mismeasured the kitchen, did not order all of the hardware necessary for the pull-out drawers, and we have had numerous follow-up calls to get all the parts etc. that we need. I would definitely use a different designer next time.
