Purchased an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary from this location. We noticed bugs on the fruit and a piece of old cantaloupe. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Pretty disappointed because this is pretty expensive for just some fruit. You think it would be perfect. Please see photos below

While I do appreciate that they called me and cancelled my order due to the inability to deliver the item same day, when I inquired about a different delivery date, I was basically told that no other dates would work. She blamed it on short staff (which trust me I completely understand) for that day, but when I asked for a different delivery day it was the same story. So basically their delivery is full from now until who knows when because she did not give me another date that I could have it delivered. It just seemed confusing that there was not some point that I could have it delivered.

The owner seemed really great when she hired me. I was really excited and positive and I did everything I was asked. She would barely teach me how to do it, and expect perfection immediately. The person I trained with the previous day taught me things totally different. I’m left handed and the owner expected me to do things as if I was right handed. My right hand doesn’t have the same functionality, any lefties out there will understand! I was scolded for using one of the provided masks, since I had a cloth one of my own. I kindly explained that I couldn’t work with a cloth one on because I couldn’t breathe. I worked two days there, & she didn’t even have the decency to fire me face to face, I’m certain she knew when I left she was going to fire me. She waited 3 hours to call me (AT 8 PM WHILE I WAS IN BED!!!) and fire me. She expects employees to work 9.5 hour shifts with only a 15 minute lunch. I don’t know anyone who can eat lunch in 15 minutes. Apparently you can be fired for not just knowing how to do thing that they don’t bother to spend time teaching you... and for voicing your opinion. Also, had their edible arrangements delivered to me as gifts before and they’re mediocre at best.

Friendly and helpful staff also gave me a coupon for a discount. It was delivered on time and looked amazing. I would highly recommend this. Flowers look pretty but you cant eat them.😃👍

Horrible service from 2 previous experiences, I’ll never use this location again. Especially not after what the owner did to my niece this evening. My niece was hired and worked here for two days. She was expected to work 9.5 hour days with only a 15 minute lunch. (Who can eat lunch in 15 mins?) I’ve never heard of a job that doesn’t give you a 30 minute lunch and another 15 min break for 8 or more hours of work. When she spoke up in regards to her concern, she got off at 5 pm and was called at 8 pm following her shift and fired. She had her personal mask with her at work, and couldn’t breathe well so she chose to use a surgical mask that were provided for those without one, and was given a hard time about it. I’ve heard from 3 past employees that this is one of the most difficult ownership to work underneath, and now with this happening to my niece I believe it. She said they had one girl this past week who worked for 2 days and went MIA, and now i see why! When you treat your employees well, they treat you well in return. When you treat them bad and they speak up, apparently you get fired. 🤔

The staff knew exactly what they were selling and what I needed. The product is delicious from the fresh fruit to the semi-sweet chocolate. They always have the best fruit I dont know how they do it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Beautiful presentation.Sister store to the Edible Arrangements in Portage. You will find the same great quality at both stores!

The fruit and cookies were absolutely wonderful that were included in the Mothers Day bundle, although they sent my mother happy birthday balloons instead of the right ones.

It is a nice place, clean, with a professional and courteous staff.

First time ordering from the Valpo location. The fruit was not nearly as good as bought at the Portage one. Some fruit was wilted, and some strawberries weren’t ripe. Very disappointed in the price we paid for what we received. Don’t recommend.

Extremely disappointing. From the moment Sandy answered my call, it was negative. Before I could even convey what I needed in terms of a delivery, she says it probably cant be done... we require a 2 hour notice. Ok, so this was a 2+ hour notice. It was 9am and I needed no later than 11:30am. She then shares that our driver doesnt even come in until 10:30am or 10:45am, so no. Yet, she went on to share moments later, after I explained this was for a Prayer Team at my church that meets once a week, that they have lots of deliveries because of another store closing. Hmmm...ok. So, why would you not ask your delivery person to come in early if youre so swamped? When I said I guess Ill have to cancel, she said ok. Not let me see what I can do. I thought Speaking with the owner would help, yet Anns attitude, customer service and interpersonal skills also left much to be desired. She never suggested a potential plan B such as sending something they already have made for POS in the store? Never invited me to come pick it up myself. No interest in keeping my order whatsoever.:-(

VERY rude workers. I showed up and what I ordered was not ready, which I didnt mind. What I did mind was the way the worker in the back reacted, while I could here it all. Will never visit this location again. Learn customer service.
