I purchased a 1940s tank watch and needed it checked out. Its not an expensive watch but I liked the look of it. I was told by a friend to go to Martin Binder. I could not have been happier with my friends recommendation. The staff was friendly and walked me through the process of what the watchmaker would do to the watch. I received the watch back looking like new and running perfectly. It was not a Rolex but they treated it as if it was. To me, that speaks volumes.

Came to Martin Binder to upgrade my wifes wedding band / engagement ring for our upcoming 20 year wedding anniversary. Jaime did a fantastic job recommending a configuration that matched my wifes existing diamonds and taste. She shared electronic drawings of what the ring would look like, and a few weeks later, the ring was ready for pickup. Absolutely stunning! Wife was beyond happy as it is amazing. After reading tons of positive reviews, I decided to visit the store, even though it is not the closest jeweler store near me. However, the experience here worth every second I spent on the road. A gentleman Tyler took care of my visit, who is working as Rolex specialist for years. Tyler is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional in any aspects. As I expected, there were not much watches in the show case, mostly in women size. Tyler kindly offered me a Rolex brochure to look at different models. In addition, he let me to try his own beautiful time piece, so I can get a better sense of sizing on my wrist. Ive worn my class ring every day for the past 15 years. Id noticed it had gotten a little warped over the past several months, though, and wanted to see if someone could help restore it to its former glory. I took it in to Martin Binder, and they not only fixed it, it was returned to me in the best shape Id ever seen it. The warping was complete gone, and my ring now looks shinier and more gorgeous than it ever has!! The customer service there was out of this world amazing as well!! Any time I need anything cleaned, repaired, etc. in the future this is the only place Ill be going.

I visited Martin Binder Jeweler today to have two rings cleaned and a repair done on my sons football necklace. They were very polite upon greeting at the door. They were attentive to detail as far as what I required. They were also extremely prompt in that they had my rings cleaned within just a few moments and they completed a replacement chain for my son at a lesser cost than what the repair would have been. The chain was replaced and shortened accordingly within 10 minutes and the whole experience was very pleasant. Would highly recommend for any jewelry repairs.

Cheyenne was very helpful with solving a dilemma in changing my wedding ring from gold to white gold. She suggested since I really loved the setting on my current ring that I could use the same setting and have it changed to white gold. Ive dealt with many salesmen in my day. This one takes the cake. I went in to look at a Rolex and Tyler helped me. Seemed a little off, kind of rude and condescending. I left, still ready to buy the Rolex, though Tyler was not the most pleasant. Called back the next day to check if the one I looked at was still there. Assured that it was I drove an hour and a half to pick it up.Im not sure if I should be shocked or not, but the watch was not there, and Tyler insisted he never said it was there. Great job on the bait and switch there bud. Lost a sale and a customer. I have no issue with referring people to places that stand with integrity, but this place, or at least Tyler, do not stand for that. With that, I give this review.

I used to be a life long Alberts customer but that has changed completely. This is the only jewelry store I will ever go to again. Let me say the workers here are not pushy. a few weeks ago I started my search for a Rolex submariner and stopped in to see about getting one. I met a salesman named Tyler who deals in Rolex who was actually very nice. I know these watches are nearly impossible to get right now but he not only made me feel like I was not just a number in line but actually talked watches with me and made me feel like a friend. I am a huge watch fanatic and I could tell he is too! Took my wedding ring in to have it cleaned and to have the prongs checked. After looking at it, they realized one of the diamonds was cracked and the prongs were shot. I needed to have my whole ring redone but I wanted the same design I had and the same diamonds. They did a fabulous job. It was absolutely beautiful and better then I expected when I picked it up. Had a great experience buying my fiancé’s wedding band. We initially came in a couple months back looking for my wedding band. The jeweler was the one who informed me I had a piece of prong sheared off of my engagement ring. Jen helped me look at my options and went out of her way to get me quotes. I ended up getting it fixed where I bought it from, but she still followed up to see if everything was okay. We came back tonight and ended up purchasing my fiancé’s wedding band. We been going to MBJ for over 25 years. I just took 2 watches in for a cleaning n battery replacement. 1st watch is a Tag we gave our son for his 18th birthday. 8/4/2000 and the 2nd one is an Omega my wife gave me for our 20th wedding anniversay 20 years ago.
