Well they told me my lawnmower would be 2 weeks before it got done. After 5 weeks I called again asking about it and told them I was not happy about the long time for a simple job. They deducted almost a third of the bill and apologized for the mishap. I am extremely happy with the customer servuce as they made it right by giving a discount for thier mistake of basically forgetting about my mower. They did good work and service manager was a stand up guy.

Went in to purchase a new tractor with some attachments. I was highly satisfied by their service and when I bought extra attachments as I go, they gave me good discounts. The saleswoman there was very informative and the financing went smoothly. And whatever problems that occur they were very respondent to my complaints and have it done with time bound.

Rude and condescending! Called to see if they have in stock some parts I needed. Spoke with a female and she was amazingly condescending. I simply told her I would call someone that is not rude.

Found the part that I was looking for right away and very fair price

Last fall I brought our stx 38 in for repairs and after $460 in work I parked it for the winter . This spring I started using it after to cuts the muffler fell off with the heat shield which I then ran over and now damaged the blades which I just put on last summer. Come to find out nothing was tightened up after last falls repairs also the ground wire for the clutch wasn’t tightened making the pto intermittently turn on and off. So after buying a new muffler and heat shield and trouble shooting the ground wire and ordering new blades I’m a little angry with this company. So no shock to me that when I called to complain they sent me to voicemail of the repairs department which no one ever called back. So after $460 wasted I will never go back there for anything nor will I recommend then to anyone!

Terrible service. They take equipment and dont contact you about what repairs need to be done, cost estimates, etc. They keep it for 2 weeks, fix it and assume that you can/will pay the repair cost. I will definitely be looking for another John Deere Dealer to have my equipment serviced.

Want to charge you 5 hours of labor for an hour job. Then when you decide not to have them fix it they try to charge you for supposedly looking at something. Save your money go to Greenmark in Knox.

Since dealership has changed ownership, the service is just as good as it was before! All the staff are the same and we have no regrets doing business with them.

A friend of mine who is an elderly gentleman who is in his 80s had a service technician or whomever stop at his house to look at his john deere lawn tractor. Charged him $100 to look at and couldnt tell him all it needed was a drive belt. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Best lawnmower on the market. My 455 mower is 20 years old and still running strong!

Worked for this company for 3 days and they tried making me hang installation for $12 an hour on my third day. Which is way too low of pay for hanging that stuff. They just gave me a hammer and nails and expected a single person to be able to do it left on their own. The boss Terry just went and sat back down in his office after telling me hed get me a ladder. I just left the job at lunch. Worked 22 hours and 2 weeks has come up and no call and no pay received still. About to go to the department of labor if they dont pay me in full. They dont care about their workers. They just had me standing around mostly waiting for small tasks to come up with.

The parts manager is awesome as well as the rest of the parts guys.

Came in to look at a mower to buy. Looked in the showroom for awhile, sat on some mowers, grabbed a few brochures, no one came to help me in the 15 minutes I was there. Apparently they only have one sales lady and the 3 guys standing in the service department couldnt help me even when I told them I was there to look at buying a mower. Ill go purchase somewhere else.

The worst service department Ive ever seen. The company took advantage of a elder women by extremely over charging her for labor and before even contacting her before doing the work and let her the price they just did it and handed her a bill for over a 1,000 it was sickening
