Have phoned several times and left messages to please call back. No response. My fence was installed 3 yrs ago and is still under warranty. Gate blew down in winter because it was secured only with nails. Wood slats split as a result. Post holding the Gate is still wobbly. Last fence lasted 25+ yrs...not this one.

Met with the estimator/owner to go over my fencing. 300 foot of vinyl was installed at the time promised. Different soil was found in some spots where the poles were installed and the guys working the project did an excellent job overcoming the challenge. I highly recommend Northwest Indiana Fence Co. The company I work for provides dumpster services for this company, so I drive by often. I needed to replace my back line of fencing so I called for a quote. The salesman, Rob, was was on time to the initial appointment and knowledgeable of his product. I was handed a proposal on the spot, and signed that same day.Rob advised me that they were about 5-6 weeks out for the install to begin at that time. 5 weeks after signing, the office called to inform me that it was finally my turn! They had a super professional crew out to my home to get this installed for me.I would and will recommend this company to anyone who needs a fence. Northwest Indiana Fence did a wonderful job fencing our back yard. The fence looks great and was done on the days promised. Completed in a timely manner and the staff were very careful not to damage my neighbors plants. They also removed and disposed of the old fence. Thank you for a job well done.

My fence was installed in Sept 2016. When it was finally finished, they left the invoice in the mailbox. They hadnt installed all the screws in the double gate. It took numerous phone calls with promises they would be out to fix it. After a week they showed up, I told them the gap between the gates was to much, 3-4 inches. In January the gate was able to blow backwards and broke one side. They came out on 1/13 had to call them on 1/17. Was told I would have to pay to have it fixed Was told the owner Dave would call me. Its now 1/24 and still no call. Once this company is paid you no longer exist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Employees are helpful and friendly. Installers came and installed my fence in a manner that was according to the timeline given during the estimate. I would recommend that if youre in the market for a fence, give these guys a call!

I have used this company a few times now. Everytime. They have done great looking work and helpful to quick answers to any question.

Please do not choose this company! They are never on time and have horrible communication. Within a few months the fence has needed several repairs. The gate actually fell off, and Im waiting a month now for it to be put back on! Im so disappointed with the fence and service!

I’m giving 5 stars because of this company’s commitment to doing the job right, despite having some initial issues. After the residential fence completion, the homeowner observed a few fixable issues and made them known to management. The company, despite the bad winter weather, came back and fixed those issues. But, again other issues with the fencing were observed by the homeowner. The company did not demand their final payment before these issues were fixed even though some time had passed, and understood the issues needed to be fixed before full payment would be submitted. There is still one issue that the company is willing to come back in the spring time to fix once the ground is soft. This company stands behind their 5 year labor and 15 year materials warranty by showing willingness to do the job right in the end. They are also cognizant of existing utility structures and underground piping.

I have had a problem with a gate on my fence since completion. It has been adjusted at least twice but the problem is still not resolved. I can no longer get anyone from the company to return phone calls or emails.

If anyone is looking for fence installation, I would suggest that you NOT use Northwest Indiana Fence Co. We had an estimate done over two months ago, decided to go with them and wrote them a check for half of our quote. They just started the job last Thursday......didnt show up until 10:30, got done around 1 because they ran out of cement for the posts. I was told by the foreman that they would be back first thing Monday morning to finish setting the last two posts and finish the fence. They didnt show up until 4 in th afternoon, worked for two hours because they once again, ran out of material, and was told by the foreman that they would be back first thing this morning. The foreman called this morning and said that they were going to come back tomorrow because they werent scheduled to come back today. My husband called the saleman who we did the estimate with and he told him that he would get a hold of the foreman and have him come back out today to finish. Well guess who ran out of the office without calling us to let us know what was going on? The saleman. When my husband called back an hour later, the secretary told him that she was told to tell him that they wouldnt be back until tomorrow and that the salesman was gone for the day. We probably wont get a phone call back from him either, so here I am with my week all screwed up because they couldnt do the job properly the first two times they were here.

Had them come out to quote a small fence installation. When i contacted them to do the work, never got a call back after leaving several messages. Why come out and write a quote for the work if you arent interested? Very unprofessional to not return a call even if you dont want the job.

Terrible company with terrible customer service. Will be posting on other sites. Did a terrible job on custom fence order and refused to refund money. Will be taking to small claims court. Will also be posting on other sites
