Everytime I come here the staff are always helpful & kind....when someone is there. There have been multiple times that it is pass 10am and no one is there. It is 10 minutes till 11am and they are still not opened.

Typical. G.N.C location has some good for you stuff ...not for yhe lightwalleted however

Called a few times during store hours, no one ever picked up

Soon as I walked in the cashier was having a conversation with a customer (obviously friends) about who shes dating. Did not greet nor asked if I needed help finding anything. As my fiancee and I walked around for about 5 minutes she STILL never addressed us until my fiancee asked if they had a product in store that we didnt see. Turns out they dont sell it here. We couldve know that had she asked what we were looking for when first walking in. She continued her conversation with the friend who asked for samples from the back, she went and got them. As we exited the store she did not say anything. Would give less than 1 star if I could. Just very poor customer service.

Have a coupon that says use by August 31st spend 125 get 25 off and the manager won’t honor the coupon says it’s expired. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
