The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They work together to review water test results, and come up with the best plan for how to treat my water. They offer multiple courses of action and sometimes that involves suggesting additional equipment or purchases, but they are never pushy. They recognize me when I come in for water tests and remember details of my pool as the season progresses.Ive called to ask questions through their corporate number and usually dont get the best help there - seems they serve mostly in-ground pool owners. But the local branch has been a convenient and helpful place to go for my pool needs.

This place was very helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond to help us with the issue we were having with our sand filter for our pool. A little pricey on things but I feel like that could be due to covid. They had everything in stock that you could use for your pool needs. I would and will be going back.

We got a hot tub/spa from Caribbean Pools. It was great and the installation went very smooth. The electrician was quick and professional. The guys had to remove a railing on our deck and lift the spa up. They were very careful not to cause damage to our decking and railing. We love our spa especially in the winter when its snowing! My Grandpa even bought a spa from Caribbean Pools after seeing how much we enjoyed ours and now he uses theirs a lot also. I have many great memories with friends out in the spa and I am looking forward to many more enjoyable evenings in the spa. We have had no real problems with the spa! Love it.

We bought ours in the spring last year and ran it all winter. We absolute love it. It’s great exercise during the day and relaxing at night watching the stars. Best toy we ever purchased. The staff was excellent to deal with. They didn’t try to talk us into something we didn’t need or want. I highly recommend this company and their products. If you have a few extra bucks, treat yourself. You won’t be sorry.

They are FABULOUS! Caribbean Pools just put our pool in and we cannot wait for warm weather! John and Erin in the Valparaiso showroom are SO helpful and fantastic! Ryan and Dave who led some of the construction crews were a pleasure to work with too! Simply the best for service.

The staff was nice but i feel taken advantage of. As a new pool owner, I needed to understand how to upkeep my pool, not just be told what to buy. I spent well over $300 In 3 weeks without even a slight improvement being made to our pool water. I did a bit of research online, purchased chemicals online, and made huge progress in under a week on my own. The store was clean and attractive, but i wont go back.

Weve been using Caribbean Pools since they installed our in-ground pool 20 years ago, and they are the absolute best...hands down! Staff is always helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks to them, our pool still looks fantastic :)

You ever have A Guy... You know like when youre talking to your friends about a great steak and youll say, I gotta guy abd everyone knows you mean a person whos the best that you always go to? Well thats the great Staff at the V as lpo location! Always super friendly, knowledgeable and really fun to be around. They know your name, know your equipment and strive to help you without being pushy about the sale. They ensure you have the knowledge to make the best choices so you dont have to come back because you forgot something.I may not have bought my hot tub there, but I wish I had!

We had an amazingly beautiful pool installed by Caribbean Pools. We love it so much, that we got a spa from them as well. Everyone that we delt with along the way, from customer care to the service technicians, were absolutely wonderful! With my husband working crazy hours, I never worried about dealing with something going wrong with the pool (never had issues with these: opening it at the beginning of the season the water was always clear, the equipment always started up well, etc.), whoever worked on it was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I knew it would be taken care of. Our original liner was defective and the installers noticed the problem and the compAny was great enough to enjoy our pool while we waited for the new liner to arrive, and the replacement fit great and the warranty process was smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool or spa.

I thought the service was excellent and the salesman did a fantastic job explaining everything to us. Could not have been a better experience would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!

They installed a sport pool with a volleyball net. However, the pool slopes from 3.5’ to 5.5’ so it is too deep on one side to play volleyball. Their fix was to move the net towards the shallow end. Now you stand in 4.5’ of water on one side and the other side only has about 8’ of play area due to the steps running along the entire end of the pool. The pavers on the pool deck now has two extra holes that they never fixed. They broke my pool filter when performing a year end cleaning and my spa when installing a new hinge for the spa cover. After 2-years of their incompetent service I’m going elsewhere. I would not recommend this pool company. I gave them one star because zero was not an option.
