Their website says, You need it custom, we can make it, it should say, You need it custom, we, MIGHT make itI called to have a small, very simple part made, (a pipe machined down to 23mm on one end, and welded to a flange) a was told that they couldnt do it. Sometimes small money turns into big money guys, just saying.
