Carters were really great to work with and customer service has been spectacular. We are a smaller church on lake Tenkiller and Carters was the only company to even come and give a quote. Carters does not seem interested in servicing the products they sell. I have been calling them for a full month to get some help with controlling my unit after switching TV carriers. Was told the tech would come by last Wednesday, but he was a no show. Now hes coming by tomorrow 8 days later. I have my fingers crossed. The lower priced units at Best Buy might have been the better buy.
