Great advice good staff

I love the honesty and integrity of the staff here. I went in for a part that I didnt need and the manager told me hed rather me not waste my money on it and led me in the right direction for about $100 cheaper. Excellent parts, prices, and service!

Was on a road trip from Atlanta to Oklahoma City when my alternator blew. This Autozone was the closest auto repair shop to me, and I was lucky enough to roll right in. The guys checked my battery and alternator, confirmed my problem, and let me borrow some tools to replace the part out in the parking lot. They were good guys and I’m very thankful that the delay was only maybe 30-minutes because of the guys who were in the shop that day.

I bought a battery 1 year ago. My jeep has had to be jump started at least 3 times this year. Now Im outside your store...your website says you are open until 9 P.M. and the signs on the door say closed until Sunday. Its Friday ...and my battery wont start my vehicle..

Great place to go if you already know exactly what you need. If youre clueless about anything though ask around with the workers. They do their best to help you figure it out....and lots of cool accessories that give you great ideas on personalizing your ride.

I had asked for a specific set of brake pads and was sold a different kind without being told these were not the pads that I had initially requested. my overall customer service experience was terrible.

I went into AutoZone and ask a worker named Will for help with my left rear tail light and he immediately said oh we can’t help you with that we don’t fix that you have to go to a mechanic he did not offer to check the model of my vehicle to even sell me a bulb I went to O’Reilly asked him for the same help they sold me a bulb and replaced the bulb within one minute I will not shop at AutoZone anymore in the cloverleaf plaza in Van Burn Arkansas. I have never received such poor service in all my life from any auto place. I really can’t believe he didn’t even ask the make and model of my vehicle to sell me a bulb🤔🤔🤔😤😤😤.

On Friday New Years Day, my daughter’s car would not start. My first thought was to have the battery checked to see if the battery was good. It tested bad, which in my eyes that was a good thing, that was the problem. Will installed the battery and wiper blades. He was very informative and friendly. I just wanted to take the time to say “Well done AutoZone”.

I went in store to buy something on way to register I saw employee use hand sanitizer before he went to register. After using machine to use my atm card and using hand pad to put in my pin I asked for hand sanitizer. There was not any readily for use. Employee annoyed

We just moved back to Van Buren a couple of years ago and we love living close to this Auto Zone. The staff is always super helpful and we are in and out quickly so we can get back to our projects.

Normally friendly professional service, but today had an awful service from one employee named James (old guy), really bad attitude. Came in for an engine light on he went outside to check it not even 5 seconds and he was in and out of my truck he said no codes appear on his machine,weird cause stoped at OReilly one hour earlier and throttle body sensor code came on,sensor that purchased in AutoZone van buren and replaced over the weekend, i asked him if he could tested again he gave that bad attitude look and told me was just wasting trips,he did and the same code TPS came on explained him I purchased from their store recently and he told me could be something else sending that code failure. Bottom line 30 dollards not worth to keep arguing with this guy. Horrible service dont recommend this location as long this guy still working there!!!

My car needed a battery so I stopped by AutoZone. They tested my old one and then installed the new battery. Fast friendly service.

Don’t waste your timeI went to the Van Buren store because they have a scanner & my car wouldn’t start. A guy at the counter was on the phone so I couldn’t be helped upon walking in. Another guy came from the back & asked to help me. Then the phone rang & he said let me get this. I said well I was here first so he didn’t answer it. I said I will probably need a battery, can you get that. The answer was ‘well maybe’. The scanner there didn’t work on my car so the guy let a woman who’s car wouldn’t start leave without helping. I had to leave the car running & he was not going to help me get it started if I turned it off & it didn’t restart. Don’t waste your time here.
