Husband and I have been searching for not only the right mattress, but the right price and service as well. Last week we happened to be driving in the area and Royal Mattress was recommended to us so we decided to stop in. We are so glad we did because Steve (the owner) not only was extremely helpful, but he was a hoot! :) Very warm and welcoming and knew exactly how to help us find the right mattress for us because with a husband and wife, theres always conflict on what bed to choose. Haha. But my husband and I found the perfect one and the price Cant be beat!! Steve was so kind! We had wonderful conversations with him in addition to getting the mattress we needed. Absolutely the Best PILLOWS IN AMERICA!!! I have had all my pillows from here!! The first ones my husband and I bought was in 2007 when we first got married and he still uses that one. But now we have like 6 pillows from the and we keep buying them for gifts. Because they feel Amazing and they last for decades!!♡♡!!

Well to start I called looking for a replacement bed. I am in flood zone, called Steve the owner, he didnt know this I asked for sales he had, as I had a lot to replace and it’s ads up quickly.He quoted me prices, then in conversation he found out I was in flood, he said “ignore the prices I gave u and come in, and I’ll take care of u”.I went in today, purchased a reduced price bed AND had the most interesting conversation for about an hour with two amazing guys. Truly kind people and great to talk too!I spoke briefly about living in Ukraine, (how we got on that topic I don’t know) and mentioned I make borscht, they both perked up, lol must have been lunchtime! So tonight I am starting a pot of Ukrainian borscht, to send back with James after he delivers bed tomorrow.I have NEVER in my life considered doing anything like this before, but yeah there pretty great and deserve a 5 rating.... or 8 but not an option.Thanks guys for your kindness!

I initially told my 2 brothers who were visiting from Sallisaw looking for mattresses told them to stop by Royal Mattress here in Van Buren one bought a mattress one bought the foam mattress topper and both love them, Ive been needing a foam mattress topper for my firmer than I like memory foam mattress so stopped by bought the foam mattress topper and must say I Love it...the guys there are super nice this store is a quality showroom, they truly went above and beyond helping me with my flat tire even!!

Were still pleased with the purchase of our foam mattress, still sleep like babies.

My wife and I did our research. We checked FFO. $348 for their FLAT pillowtop mattress (box springs extra). Sams in Fort Smith had some fine pillowtop mattress sets but we didnt have the $800 for the least expensive set. A to Z had some inexpensive sets but YIKES! No-o-o-o thanks. Check around then make your last stop at Royal. You will be glad you did. They will treat you right. Why anyone would buy a mattress anywhere else is beyond me? The folks at Royal are professional, knowlegdeble, friendly and NO pressure. My wife and I felt they were interested in helping us find the best mattress and box springs to fit our needs and budget. We purchased a top quality Pillowtop Mattress/Boxspring Queen combo for $299 at Royal, Now were two happy sleepers.
