Was told first come first served. I arrived at 7:15 am. 15 minutes prior to their opening. I was the first customer to arrive.I waited for over an hour; was never waited on for the oil change. They took all of their good old boys that came in way after I arrived.I will not be going back!

Had two tires that needed rims cleaned of rust to prevent slow leak, miscommunication but they fixed it . The younger tire repairman did a great job cleaning the rim . He is a great asset to your business .

Theyre arent the most talkative but Ive not had any bad work. Just some tires rotated and a front end alignment and I could tell that I had just had one done which Ive never felt that big a difference before. Must have done something right 👍🏼

I am running aftermarket tires and wheels in my minivan so when I had a blow out every other tire shop was going to have to order the tire for me. Van Alma tire not only had the hard to find tire but the price was very reasonable. When I arrived they jumped on it and had tire changed before I knew it. The icing on the cake was that they didnt just throw my spare in the back. They took the time to put it back under the vehicle where it belonged. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Good work and great prices. They have a waiting room with tables, chairs, television, vending machines, magazines and restrooms.

Had a tractor tire took it to them twice to fix and still didnt fix it correctly said it the rim was rusted is why the tube didnt stay up or they pinched the stem on it I had to take my business else where to fix it correctly. Worse service ever Ill never go there again.
