First time getting subs, the owner helped me find what was the right fit for my car. Honestly impressed on how well everything turned out. Great staff . Very friendly and comforting. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Well I set out to reach a pretty hard to reach goal of being the first in the state of Arkansas with the brand new hand built Sundown NSV5s and was told to go talk to Allen over at River Valley Electronics. when I stepped foot inside his building and seen the sales floor filled I knew there was going to be just something there I would need and could not live without. After being referred to him by many others for his support in the car audio scene over the last 6 years I give my experience and recommendation also because needless to say I am one very happy customer and left with a smile definitely not the last time I use him as my car audio dealer

Not a horrible experience but could have been better. I hung around for 2 hours listening to sales pitches to other customers when I was pretty sure of what I wanted to purchase. This stereo I eventually purchased was somewhat misrepresented. They have no touchscreens setup for display so you can check the features and whichever one you are interested in is the one that will solve all your problems. . I am happy with the speakers I bought although I paid considerably more than I would had I got them online, instant gratification and keeping our money local is worth something though. My advice is this; 1st visit take note of what is in stock, research the items online(not necessarily for for price comparison but to check for the features you want) then buy on the next visit if you want to support our local business like I do. When you make your purchase check to make sure everything is indeed in the box before you leave. Personally, I wouldnt buy another head unit there but I would buy speakers, dont know about their amps or service work. Rewrote this several times to avoid my crochety old man persona from coming through. Hope this helps someone.

I had two 12 Audiopipe subwoofers and a 1500 watt Audiopipe amp installed in my Chevy Cruze. The box is a Russian Birchwood box. Its REALLY loud! I also got a bass knob that came with the amp installed. Ive had it for almost a month with no problems. I love it! I highly recommend this place. They are really professional and affordable.

Came in with what was thought to be a simple issue with an install from another place. They were very up front, they showed me what was going on and we’re completely honest and showed me it was more of a mess than expected once we got to looking. Couldnt give me a quote on install only over messenger. Which I understood since products vary and cars vary.Once I arrived though he didnt even look at my car or what I had brought in. Felt like a bait and switch tactic to make me come in only to upsell me on products I didnt ask for and risk infection in a small space.Instead of handling it personally the store owner took to putting me on blast on their facebook page.These are the kinds of things you like to find out before you give someone your hard earned money.

I have purchased several hundreds of dollars worth of audio hardware from these folks and I have always been pleased with the outcome!Most recent transaction was AMP wiring, AMP install and a SUB install in my 370z.While running the wires, they called me to let me know that my radio wires were all crazy looking and it looked like the previous owner literally cut everything out and spliced wires not know he was doing. They wanted to let me know they did not think it was safe and they were going to REDO all of it. (They even sent me before and after pictures)Once they finished, everything look FACTORY. The wires were wrapped, and run along my factory wires and you could not even tell that something was worked on. Beyond impressed, and that extra customer service step just made a world of a difference!!!Overall - Im constantly impressed with the work these folks do and Ill ONLY shop with them here in the River Valley.

I thought installing my radio was going to be a piece of cake like my recent experiences. Boy was I wrong, with my 2003 Tahoe I put my self into a whole different situation that I could not figure out and got frustrated. I went to TJ’s Audio in Fortsmith and just walking into the door was a mistake. All I needed was a red wire hook up in my car. She was kinda rude, so I decided to go to river valley electronics. Literally the best decision I ever made and should’ve been the first. Just walking in the store made me feel great from all the wonderful displays of audio choices and the owner making you feel at home. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Shares his experience and his input in audio and which is the best way for what you’re looking for. Plus he has Mountain Dew for 1$. One of the best perks of going there. Plus the guy who worked on my radio did it in the best way possible making decisions for me in how he put my microphone a infer red sensor ways I never thought of but needed. Literally the best place ever to go too. The owner and his crew are so down to earth and chill it’s unreal. Be sure to visit them I promise you it won’t be a mistake. Plus his prices are the best around and he’s installs are 100 times more professional than anyone else. If anyone is cheaper. Than they’re not doing it right. I never been so happy in a long time.

Although prices are great and the people are friendly when your buying from them!! I spent 1500 with them and the fuse didn’t blow it melted along with part of the cable which could have been bad and burnt my truck down and the guy says that’s what insurance is for!! there was a new installer who said it was lose and was not properly done but the owner gave him a look and they both went to saying normal wear and tear and that’s not under warranty trying to sale me more parts but when I bought it everything was under warranty I think that is very shady seeing as how I called other shops they said fuses blow but being as how it melted and damn near burnt wire in half that that would be on them to replace very disgusted with these people

Had a complete system installed at t.j.s audio that included a jl audio amp . The amp made bad feed back noise . I had to schedule 7 weeks in advance with t.j.s to get it fixed. After discovering this shop and being impatient after 2 weeks of having it installed i headed down to river valley. The minute i walked through the door i knew i was in the right place. Jesse was very professional and respectful to my needs. They had a new amp installed and professionally tuned the same day . Havent had a problem since they touched my car. Highly recomend this place to any one who is looking for car audio thanks again guys at river valley for giving the area an affordable alternative !

My boyfriend went into replace stereo and speakers a few months ago he was having trouble with stereo so he went back the guy was super helpful he tried to fix the problem he told my boyfriend not to worry he still had 7 months on his warranty if he had anymore trouble to come back and they would swap it out for another one well he had to go back then story changes here customer service no longer existed he was told they wouldnt replace it and that this is what happens when you buy new stuff sometimes the owner himself told my boyfriend thisI was glad I was not there because I would have losted my mind I would never recommend this place to anyone they do not care one bit about their customers I am a lot calmer today then I was the other day when this happened I am wording things alot nicer I hope this doesnt happen to anyone elseThank you for your reply I do understand how warranties work you obviously didnt understand what I wrote has to what happened he was told when he went back that if problems persist to come back and you will exchange it for another one yes up to that point you were helpful until he had to go back then thats when things went wrong so instead of trying to make things better when I posted a review you tried to make it seem like I am stupid great customer service skills
