Last minute problem, called the dealership, they were backed up at the time and said that it would be the next day before they could fix it. After my car was dropped off, they called and told me what the problem was. About a couple of hours later, they called and said that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I was very happy with the quick service. I appreciate service like that and the great job that they did. The car runs great, thank you and God bless!!

So, I saw a Texas Edition V6.2 truck while going home from work, had to stop and look. I am a RAM man, and honestly told the salesman that I was just looking. Great service, Hunter, the sales man, completely understood that I was “just” looking, took the time to show me the truck, started it, showed me features that were quite awesome, tail gate auto open and close, showed me another truck with the safety features I was shopping for in a truck. Great sales person, non pressure, easy going and excellent information. I may be a RAM guy, but, may be swayed with this trip to the dealership to at least “consider” the Texas Edition V6.2 truck as a purchase point.

Best experience weve ever had at a Dealership! Our salesman, Matthew Neal, was so nice and by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. He answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us or try to rush us which is a big deal to me. Once we decided we wanted to make the purchase, he worked with the manager, Grant Neal, to get us in the Tahoe at a fair price. Grant was very nice as well and worked quickly to get the deal done. The finance guy, Robert Gude, was by far the best finance person we have ever dealt with. He was organized, quick with the paperwork and didnt try to sneak in extended warranties nor did he try to pressure us to purchase them. The owner, David Neal, came out and introduced himself to us. He spoke to us for a while and was very nice. A lot of dealerships are taking advantage of the low inventory on Tahoes and doing a huge Market Adjustment but not at Rhodes Chevrolet. I personally, have the upmost respect for them for not taking advantage of people during this time. We will be buying all our vehicles from Rhodes Chevrolet going forward.

I had a wonderful experience. They got my car right in/out super fast.

First visit I asked them to do an oil change and address the noises coming from front suspension. They did the oil change then all they did was spray oil on it after I already did to find the problem, and told me come back if you have any other problems. Second visit, was told it would take 20 minutes to balance and rotate tires. Took an hour and a half to get done. Now today I found an oil leak under my truck and find that the filter was barely sealed. 2 full rotations to get it tight again by hand.

In and out for a Transmission Control Module flash. Happy and satisfied.

August the 3rd I WAS REFERRED TO Rhodes Chevrolet Talk to a salesman named Paul Lewis I asked Mr. Lewis about a 2010 Silverado he said that he didnt have any Used 2010 severado but he had 2002 SilveradoHe said Ill send you some pictures I dont have the price for it now but I would ha ve to talk to the owner so he got back with me about an hour later Said that the price was $13,000 for a 2002 truck . Had a repair made. Was told it was going to cost $110 for parts and labor. That was to fix the backseat panel. When everything was done they changed the price to $210 . They tried to say that the part was $160 and then labor. I said that wasnt right. If they would of been honest in the first place I wouldnt have done it. I really didnt have that kind of money.

The service department staff were rude, One staff member was cursing at his station while another very rude staff was telling me I didnt have an appointment,which I had made 4 days earlier, he kept questioning me while the staff person was cursing about overbooking. There was no seats in waiting room,it was 96 degrees outside, they told me that was where I needed to wait and it would be at least 2 hours for a oil change,I then asked for my car back and called Blue Ribbon Chevrolet in Sallisaw Oklahoma, they said bring your car in tomorrow at 8. The service guys were very attentive to my problem and did their best to solve it but it did not make the noise that I brought it in for, of course. And it has not done it again. Hopefully it wasnt anything and wont do it again.Also they brought to my attention a recall to update some software and they did that. I appreciated the heads up. I was pleased with their service.

The service department has fixed the same problems for my moms car for the last five years. Then finally when I talked her into coming back and telling them its ridiculous that she has to keep coming g back for the same problems they tell her she needed a new radiator and charged her $894 after the fact that they probably caused the radiator failure in the first place. This place just takes advantage of little old ladies and its sad. I hope you never go there for service.

I would say we were treated like family, but family doesnt always treat you the way we were treated at Rhodes Chevy; with respect, fairness and honesty. Thomas, Donn and Richard all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that we understood every step of the process. My wife is Asian and I cannot stress enough at how at home she felt in dealing with Donn, who is also Asian. He is truly an asset to Rhodes Chevy and I hope they realize that. And Thomas is perhaps THE best car salesman I have ever met. With Thomas, gone are the stereotypical depictions of what a car salesman used to be. Thomas has drive and ambition but never did I perceive that he is money hungry or that he was ever lying or misleading us or reeking of cigarette smoke like so many other salesman I have met in the past. Thomas is well versed with every single vehicle on the lot. He taught us so much about our 2018 Equinox while we were there that later, whenmy wife and I were reading the manual and paperwork at home, we realized we already knew pretty much everything thanks to Thomas. Congratulations and thanks to Donn, Thomas and Richard for making our very first new car purchase a happy and fulfilling one. They even found financing that beat our local Arvest bank! Wow! Stereotypical Dishonest DealershipSummary & Recommendation:I have dealt with a lot of dishonest dealerships. I am saddened and disheartened that Rhodes Chevrolet has become another one of them. If youre going to get the same stereotypical dishonest experience at a hometown dealer like Rhodes, why bother? I recommend going to a dealership that has a better selection and more room to negotiate.Here are the details:I purchased my first new car from Rhodes Chevrolet several years ago. When it came time for me to purchase a new Chevy again, I returned to Rhodes because of the pleasant experience I had recalled. Apparently, time really does change things. The Rhodes Chevrolet of today is not the same Rhodes Chevrolet I so fondly remembered.I set up a test drive with Rhodes for model similar to the one I was interested in (as the dealership didnt have higher-trim models available on the lot.) I expressed interest in making a purchase, but indicated that I would need a certain trim/set of features. The salesperson said he could look into a dealer trade to find the trim level I was seeking. After some time, he returned with a spec sheet of a model that suited my needs. We went over some numbers and I signed a preliminary commitment. At that time, the salesperson said he would work with his manager to see if they could actually secure the vehicle from the other dealership and would be in contact with me.After not hearing anything for several days, I checked back in and found that they were not able to secure the vehicle we had discussed and had not been able to find any similar models they could secure either. I thanked them for their time in searching and told them not to worry about it anymore as I had found several versions of the model I wanted in nearby states and would simply drive to one of those dealerships and make the purchase there. The Rhodes salesperson wasnt ready to give up and assured me they would continue searching. (I reiterated that they didnt need to, but that I wouldnt stop them.)I researched vehicles online, called some dealerships, and scheduled a test drive for the next day for a vehicle the out-of-state dealership said they would hold for me. Soon after, I received a call from the salesperson at Rhodes informing me that they had found the exact model I wanted and needed to know if I was still interested. I told them that -- per confirmation of the specs they discussed over the phone -- I was definitely interested, but that I needed to confirm the specs because I would need to cancel my out-of-state test drive at the other dealership. The Rhodes salesperson sent me a copy of the window sticker to confirm the specs and I replied back that I was interested and would be at the dealership first thing in the morning to get the ball rolling. Then, I cancelled my out-of-state test drive. (Spoiler Alert: That was a big mistake!)The next morning, I went to Rhodes Chevrolet to do whatever I needed to secure the vehicle they had found (put down earnest money or do whatever was required). Once I arrived, however, I found out that Rhodes had never actually contacted the other dealership! Once they did, they found that the dealer was unwilling to do a trade, meaning the model I was interested in was not available. Furthermore, the salesperson at Rhodes informed me that it was unlikely that they would be able to secure that trim from any other dealership unless it was on the lot for over a month.In the end, the salesperson at Rhodes Chevrolet was dishonest and wasted my time (time that I should have spent driving to another dealership). He was clearly afraid of losing a potential sale, but he caused the dealership to lose a customer for a lifetime. I will be driving to the next closest Chevrolet dealership for service for the vehicle I finally purchased (through a pleasant sales experience at a dealership in Texas).

It was good, but the waiting area is very dirty, floors had something spilled and not cleaned up, furniture is nasty, pet hair and other hair, not very pleasing to sit on to wait. Needs to be clean and sanitized since all this virus junk is going around.

From all the reviews, they seem to be good at selling cars. However, do not get on their legal side. My aunt was killed before she could pick up her new car and they are charging her estate over $700 for...well, Im not sure what. Paperwork, I guess. But the car never left their lot and they can sell it again. They still have the car; I dont have an aunt. Would never do business with this place if they were selling cars for $1. (oh, and they dont answer emails, either)

Its the worst car buying experience Ive had! Customer appreciation and response times are disgraceful, sales representatives refused to return repeated phone calls until the warranty conveniently ran out, where they then refused to correct their mistake and instead charge the customer a ridiculous sum of money to make repairs that shouldve of been covered by the warranty if only the sales staff would have returned one of many phone calls. Will not ever recommend or return!

I called Paul Tuesday evening about an Equinox on the website. I wasnt sure if Id be able to come look at it on Wednesday or not but he assured me it would be there. I called him back wed. morning and he said it would be sitting at the front for me. It was right where he said it would be when I pulled in. I ended up buying a different Equinox but Paul was very patient with me. He didnt treat me any different after I chose a used vehicle over a new one. He wasnt pushy and the decision was all mine. He was working for me not pressuring me like salesmen in the past at different locations. I was unaware of a discount because of my husbands employer and wouldnt have known the difference but they still made sure I got it. I cant believe I ever bought a car from anyone else and Ill buy from Paul for as long as he continues selling cars. He even took me around and introduced me to everyone I may need to know.
