Walmart is always fun if you like waiting in line six feet apart covid Style but other than that the people are always helpful and theres always an ear to lend when you need it and you have two screaming kids and you cant find the fruit gushers

Couldnt find batteries for my daughters Halloween costume wand . The small ones. But other than that the Bakery did a wonderful job on her cake and her smash cake and we found everything we needed besides the batteries thank you so much ‼️🎂🎁😊💜

A very clean, well stocked store. The grocery section impressed me the most. They actually care here. 1st Wally that I would say this. And weve been to quite a few during our travels.

I like this Wal mart. We go to it often because its the closest to home. Its usually pretty clean and feels well stocked. There are always employees that help if I ask, which I appreciate because I dont like dozens of associates asking if they can help me. The app told me something was in one place and it was nearby but not where it said, so that was bothersome, but really not the end of the world. We found pretty easily. It got us in the right direction at least.

This is by far the worst Wal-mart Ive ever seen. No live cashiers! What? All self checkout! And it reminded me what k-mart looked like right before it went out of business. Just a dump compared most other Wal-Marts.

Kyle in the electronics department for straight talk is the only person I trust to buy a cell phone from. He is patient and understanding and knows his stuff. Would give him 100 stars if I could. Seriously, he is the best!

I fully love the pick up.You just place your offer, they pick it out, when its done you go get it.Most all of the people who bring your items out is very friendly.I was hesitant to let them pick out my fresh fruit and vegetables, but they did great.

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Ive always used the one on Zero in Fort Smith but when we moved to Roland, we started using this one in Van Buren. I go weekly and they never have half of the items Im looking for. I never see anyone stocking anything at this store. Ive spoke to other customers about this and they say its always been like that. Whoever the manager is, your doing a poor job for such a busy store. Also, the bathrooms are always disgusting and filthy. I see numerous employees standing around doing nothing. Why not have them stock and clean the filthy restrooms! I have also complained to the home office and am waiting to hear back from them on this matter. I have decided to start using Zero St again even though its further for me to drive. I always see the employees working hard at the Zero st location.

I would give 5 stars but the customer service is dropping. Its the way its been since the COVID-19. Like you cannot get anyone to help you find what you are looking for. Some of us dont want to look on our phone to find the items. Guess it is what it is!

Its got most of what I need or want, but the rest I get online. Anyhow, the price is some of the best. I prefer earlier hours, so its not too busy. Now of course a true grocery store has a better selection of groceries. Convenient, mostly.

Well I went to buy something and it had a dent on the box so obviously I was expecting a discount but when I brought it up to the cashier they said they wouldnt able to do that because the product wasnt hurt in the process, now at this point I was furious so I asked for the manager and you know what he did! The cashier turned around then zipped back around and said is this the manager youre looking for? While holding his middle finger up, so at this point I was horrifically angry and I stormed out the Walmart without paying for the product (obviously) and the cashier called security and they grabbed me, tore the product out of my hand and threw me out of the store while hearing the cashier calling me a Karen, A KAREN CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS, A FLIPPING KAREN, I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS WALMART!!!

One of the cleaner most well set up Walmart locations I have been to. As always prices are always good and the staff are very friendly there.

They were low on a bunch of supplies in quit a few areas in the store. I guess they are short handed too couldnt find anyone when was looking. Over all its fine.

The people at this Walmart are nice than most places. The lines move a little faster here than most.

Would have been better if they could get someone to maintain the dairy coolers. Fourth time in a row I’ve been there at night and couldn’t get any of the dairy products I needed because the shelves were empty and no one working it.

We had to make an emergency trip from North Richland Hills, TX to Springdale, AR. Every Wal-Mart we stopped at was awesome. Clean, well staffed, friendly employees, huge, and had everything we needed.

Friendly employees, especially a guy named Ryder who helped me at customer service. Clean store. Definitely a great store!

Im not big on Walmart stores so I cant give them a high rating. Its always hard to find someone if you need help and theres always long lines and in almost every Walmart I have ever been in their pharmacy is not good at all. I try to stay away from Walmart at all costs.

I see these people almost daily. There dedication to making all there clients happy is unsurpassed in my opinion. Please if you have a medical condition that makes wearing a make uncomfortable for you then please use the online shopping portal they will take it to your car you do not have to put on a make you can pay online and keep safe. This Pandemic is no joke and these people are trying so hard to keep this community up and running. To expose others to you and your unmasked face in the midst of this insanity is the epitome of selfishness. Stay safe and allow those of us who must go to work to stay safe as well. Thanks

No negative numbers so I have to rate it 1.Went to return a blood pressure meter I bought yesterday that didnt work. They refused to exchange or return my money so I could buy one that worked. Said I could go to the pharmacy and purchase another one but they couldnt do anything about the defective one. At this time. What do I do if the next one is defective? Buy another. Sooner or later you will get one that works
