I gave them 1 star because I couldnt give them less. It took weeks to get an address to send my Lifan generator for repairs and they have had it almost 2 months now. They agreed to contact me with news of the fiasco and failed to do so every time. I still dont have my generator or a replacement. Stay clear of the entire Lifan Lie.

This is a fine business to deal with. They carry Lifan products such as generators, pressure washers, engines for go-karts, etc. at an affordable price and offer warranty with onsite mechanics. However, I would not recommend working here, as political issues outside of work are allowed to affect your employment here and the CEO, (Larry, who is a great guy) allows micromanaging underneath him. I loved my job here but I missed one day due to my wife falling down the stairs and breaking a rib, and was fired on the day I returned. They consider your employment here contract labor so that you cannot draw unemployment and have no benefits. Otherwise, this is a good business.

My name is Joseph Buchert Im retired special forces served in both gulf war and persian gulf war. I was on SDV Naval Special Warfare Group 3 team 2. I did 8 tours Iraq an Afghanistan 53 SOF operations, and 73 special operations in middle east. On May 20th I purchased a 3200 watt generator from Lifan online Ebay store that did not work upon arrival, i requested to return the Gen. I was then sent a usps shipping label which the postal service sais that its to heavy and it would have to be shipped back FEDX. I then emailed and messaged back and forth with the seller for two weeks only to get a fake return shipping label and tracking number. I then had no opption but to involve Ebay, Ebay tried several times to get Lifan to send shipping label to return the Gen. but it never happend they would not even answer me or Ebay. so now I am trying to purchase the nverter board that Lifan tells me is bad in my new Gen, and now I can not get an answer from the parts department. So Im paralyzed in a wheelchair from an underwater accident serving my country to protect the very people who screwed over me, who my brothers, and sisters died for to have the very freedom to live knowing they are protected to go about theire daily routine beating customers out theire hard earned money after some have sacrificed so much and many have sacrificed all.
