I couldnt be happier with BA Carts. We just took delivery today and I am blown away. I previously had a Club Car Onward Snowstorm, that truthfully caused me to not want another golf cart. It was brand new and had ripped seats, fenders that looked like they had been cut by beaver teeth, speaker system that didnt work and last but not least an oil leak within two months of ownership. The problem was the family thoroughly enjoyed the cart the two months that we had it.One year later here we are with another Club Car Onward but this time from BA Carts. Working with Sloan was fantastic. We talked at great lengths about what i was looking for in a cart. He spent countless hours on the phone and via text to make sure i got exactly what i was looking for. While i never met Sloan in person his knowledge and enthusiasm for golf carts came through the phone. I must have sent him 500 pictures of different options for seats, tops, rims, speakers, colors, steering wheels etc. I am one for detail and having Sloan share this trait put my mind at ease when working with BA Carts. The cart turned out absolutely perfect and truthfully i never thought a cart could get better than the Snowstorm, but this one blows it away. To the whole crew at BA Carts, thank you!

When I first talked to Sloan at BA Carts, he separated them from other companies with that conversation, primarily about how they wired the extras into the cart. For me, that was LED lighting and the upgraded sound system; both well worth the money! But, they were also very competitive on their price too. Where I thought we would disagree was on the delivery fee, which was coming several states away. I knew that I could get delivery done cheaper but Sloan advised they would deliver the cart without a scratch and offer white glove service on delivery. I relented and told them to bring it. That was the best part of the decision/purchase I made. Lynn showed up and as he said, the truck could have been upside down and the cart would have been safe and sound... it was perfect when he arrived. Then he went over everything I needed to know and some I might not have, all that info was greatly appreciated. He even went on a ride in the cart with me to show some of the features. It was all greatly appreciated and was very happy they delivered the cart. Id recommend you do the same even if you live in their area. Very pleased with the cart, the price and the service; Thx Sloan and Lynn; now... you just need to make sure I know when you get the sub figured out for rear cooler area; Im already ready to add that!

So I bought a BA Cart T-Shirt and it came with a Free Cart!I had no clue about Golf Carts other than YouTube & whatever you find on the Web. I came across BA Carts web sight, the process they do before the sell a cart is what sold me. I talked to Lynn for 15 minutes, from telling Lynn what I wanted and what I was going to use my cart for, He did NOT upsell me one bit. He did say it will be finished by Mothers Day Weekend, Well Lynn was Wrong, It was finished 3 weeks earlier!! Call Lynn, or anyone there, talk to them for 5-10 minutes, get your questions answered. Its so worth it. They have a passion for what they do, and it shows from the attention to detail. My Wife got her Bday present early & she was in tears as I pulled up in the driveway. The absolute best place to buy a golf cart. We have had several friends who have purchased from them and raved about BA carts. Several of them had very unique custom work done and they are top notch. We called on numerous occasions and spoke with Erich. When I say numerous, I mean well over a dozen. On each call, he took the time to answer all of our questions and was incredibly patient with us. You can tell this place is family run because of their level of care with each customer. Within a week we were able to secure a 6 passenger onward that he had in stock. I made the 4 hour drive to pick up the cart and Erich was incredibly thorough in walking me through every feature of the cart and general tips about driving. He even helped me load it up on my trailer and tie it down. He then shrink wrapped the cart so it would not have any bugs on it when we unloaded it. There are so many stories out there about how BA carts have wowed their customers. When you shop around, you will find out that this industry is full of the proverbial used car salesmen. It is very comforting to know that we made our purchase from a company who truly cares about their customers and stands behind their products/service.

Sloan is incredibly humble and full of great advice. I have been looking for different add-ons for our new to us 2019 Club Car Tempo.We recently upgraded from a 2003 club car DS. With all the different body styles that you can find online by googling things it was driving me crazy.So many options and body styles were throwing me for a loop. No matter where I reached out I just couldn’t get a straight answer on crossover parts. For this Tempo.I reached out through Facebook messenger to BA Carts after seeing some of their custom carts and on Sunday morning Sloan reached back out to me and basically walked me through what I need for a stereo install and undercarriage lighting and even helped me find the vendors for a brush guard and gave me sound advice on install and extras needed. I only wish we lived closer to their shop. I would drop my cart off and have them go completely crazy on this thing.Their custom work is amazing as seen in their videos and on their website. In today’s world most people wouldn’t stop the world from turning to give you advice if they did not directly benefit from it.These guys are a class act and went above and beyond. You found the right cart shop. The people here are absolutely the best in the business. They dont just sell carts, they KNOW carts inside and out, and you can read all about it on their website. They have the best used cart program Ive ever seen, and care about the customer more than probably anyone Ive ever dealt with. Prices are extremely reasonable, but youre still getting top-level product. Cart in the picture was built with some optional equipment, because they carry everything. Its the only shop in northwest Ohio to offer the selection and options that they have. I came from Toledo to Van Wert to buy my cart, and couldnt be happier. Delivered right to my driveway in perfect condition in an enclosed trailer, with updates during the build. I will NEVER consider another cart shop after this experience, and I checked out every cart shop within 2 hours of Toledo. Call them. Youll be glad you did. If you want to see what a cart shop should look like, this is it.

First I would like to say that Lynn was nothing but professional. He met me on a Sunday when he was closed just so I could see the colors of the Club Car Onwards. I was there for 2 hours talking to him, and he answered every question I had. Not once did he give me the impression that he was trying to push me into buying a cart from him. I texted him probably 100 times at least from when I went to look at the carts and he always responded even at 9:00 at night! He made me feel like I was his only customer. Once I decided to pull the trigger on a new Onward, he met me at 9:00 at night on a Friday for me to pick it up. He then showed me his whole operation.....all I can say is WOW! He is legit, and I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a golf cart, new or used. You wont be disappointed. He put a reverse light on my cart that would turn on when the cart was put into reverse, and it turned out incredible! It was the first time he said he did that on a cart, but you would never know it by looking at it. Thanks Lynn for everything!

What a cart and what a store! Had been shopping for the perfect cart for about two years viewing hundreds of pictures from numerous businesses across the US. I was even willing to go to Atlanta if necessary. I was scanning locally again on Thursday and saw this beauty online. I sent an email at 9:00 PM expecting a response on Friday during normal business hours, but received a response within minutes from Sloan. That was the first indicator that this is a place that wants to take care of the customer.We exchanged multiple emails over the next thirty minutes, where he provided me with the history of the business and links to videos covering their refurb process. We essentially made the deal via emails. I drove over on Saturday to check it out and had the pleasure of speaking with Lynn, who walked me through the history of their business, their motto, and everything Sloan had walked me through.Within 45 minutes we were shaking hands and walking out owning one of the nicest carts I have seen. They cut no corners and provide a 1 year warranty. Friends that have seen it think its a brand new cart. Very impressed with their attention to detail and business ethics.They wanted to deliver on Monday, but i was out of town. Lynn worked with me on that and delivered it within thirty minutes of me getting home, on Tuesday. Outstanding businessmen, with an outstanding business! Thanks, guys!

We’re from Indiana and drove over to check out the store. We got a great tour from Sloan. We ended up spending a couple hours designing our own cart. We came back about two weeks later to pick it up and it was gorgeous. It’s been the envy of all the Curt owners here in Indiana. We we drove out to a Mexican restaurant couple nights ago and people were taking pictures with the cart.

I was looking to buy a golf cart and had heard some good things about BA Carts in Van Wert so my wife and I made the drive over from Delphos to check them out. There were a lot of carts on their show room floor all made up, and they were very nice, but just not quite what I was looking for. They showed us their inventory of hoods they had hanging on the wall and we saw one we liked, took it outside to view in the natural light, and liked it. With Lynn and Eric’s knowledge and experience and our visions of what we wanted we were able to build a beautiful cart. We felt that we were treated with respect in discussing what we wanted it to look like when they were done and with this they showed us some upgrades from the carts on the floor that may interest us. They weren’t pushy and listened to us and we felt they were honest with us and that won us over. Some of the combinations we wanted they hadn’t tried before and when Lynn texted me when it was done and said it looked awesome and then sent me some pictures I couldn’t wait to see it in person. When I went to pick it up and Eric drove it around front I couldn’t believe how nice it looked. They did an outstanding job ! My wife and I are from Wapakoneta Ohio and have been talking about getting a new golf cart for several years now. Well one day while in Celina we saw a golf cart lot with not much of a choice or option to pick from and also the employee was somewhat rude and not helpful. Well I asked my wife to look up golf cart dealerships close to where we were. BA carts dealership pops up in Vanwert Ohio. So we called and spoke to Slone and he was very professional on the phone very patient while my wife and I asked questions. We spoke for an 1.5 hours lol. Not many people would have done that! We drove to Vanwert that late evening and test drove couple different carts and knew what we wanted when we saw it and drove it! We had it delivered the very next day around 130pm! What an awesome experience!! First time owners of a nice golf cart. Good people, we will be BACK!!
