I had the sales presentation because my daughter worked there as a sales person for a month or so. The product was amazing and I really wanted to buy it. I have had two Kirbys in my life and THIS system is WAAAYYY better. My daughter didnt last long as a sales person there but she loved all the people that work there. I dont understand why they use the marketing schemes they use to get this product in front of people but that must be what works. If you want the best clean from a vacuum and the cleanest air from a filter, you should call them and ask for the presentation and then decide if its worth your money or not. Ive learned that after spending money on quality, you really enjoy having the item and you dont miss the money. I really wish I heard of Micron before I bought a Kirby. I never use my Kirby because its so heavy and a pain in the butt to use. The Micron system is quick, easy, light, and amazing. I want one. When I have the money, Im going to get one. Indoor air quality is important.

I learned about these guys 4 years ago this month. I had just retired from my airline job and learned about the products. I sold the Filter Queen Majestic and Defender for approximately 5 months. I loved giving the presentations and the people I worked with.I bought both products and use them to this day. I love them. Theyre GREAT machines, even if they are a bit pricey. MUCH better than any Hoover, Central Vac, Kerby, etc (Ive seen and used them all).Some salespeople are high pressure, but most that I worked with were not. I HOPE the telemarketers wouldnt be making any empty promises or telling lies. None of the girls Ive spoken with on the phone have told me anything other than the truth. Ive had Techs come to my house a few times and have been VERY happy with their help/info/service. Im a VERY happy customer and previous employee.

They called me told me i won a trip then we setup a time for them to come talk to me and becuase my wife cant be there and they arguing with me being rude they hung up. I called back he hung up again. This is how they treat new potential clients.

I have been a customer for over 12 years and the whole time I have been hassled about getting the annual check-ups. It has always been a stressor to fit it into my schedule and my budget. Well today when I needed to reschedule my appointment I was informed that since I was so late, if I rescheduled again, I would be charged a $99 fee. That was it for me. I enjoy the vacuum, but quite frankly the stress and hassle isnt worth it.

This business is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. They had our car towed from a local parking lot less than 30 minutes after we parked. (Despite having zero signage indicating that the lot was exclusive to Micron Filtration, despite the lot being nearly empty and despite a very prominent ‘Baby on Board’ placard displayed in our car window.) As a result, we were stranded downtown with a crying infant and no safe way to get her home because her stroller and car seat were in the car. We would never have parked there if any kind of signage existed to indicate that we weren’t allowed to park there. As a parent, it was a scary experience that was truly unnecessary and has left a lasting negative impression of the unkind people who run this business. Thoughtfulness, compassion and the way a business interacts with the community is important and says a lot about a companies practices and priorities.***AVOID Micron Filtration.***

I have been a customer for many years, when we had the demonstration the person was very professional and very knowledgeable of the products, answer all our questions to our expectations. They only call me once a year to schedule my service appointment, I have never been charged a rescheduling fee, and believe me I have reschedule in several occasions. The person that service my air filters and vacum is a knowledgeable and friendly person (John) does a great job cleaning all parts and replace all filters, I have had repairs in my vacuum, that he took in and they sended it to me at no charge. I am very happy with the products and their services. You might find shipper filters and what not, but if your machine stops working unfortunally they will be out of warranty and that is so with any product you buy. It is sad to read some of this review because they are no a true statement of the companys services. And the 15 years I have never received call for anything else than my yearly service. Never have had the run around like some people claim. If you read all the negative comments make sure you call the company directly, you will get better results. Hope this help some of you out there. This is one happy customer. You paid for what you get. They are expendy, buth every penny.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This company is a total scam. They have misrepresented their product and the promotional items they give away, and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone (especially Tanner, the owner) to get a straight answer or a promotional coupon that comes anywhere close to what they promised. I tried about 10 times over five weeks to call for a resolution to their broken promises, and was consistently given the runaround. Tanner is *always* out to lunch or gone for the day. I have always been patient and respectful, but it makes no difference. Today Eddie hung up on me as I was proposing a compromise to resolve the issue. Dont ever do business with this company!

Lady at the front desk was rude. Everything they sell is overpriced and can be found online for much cheaper. Passive aggressive staff running the whole operation as well as awful reviews from ex-employees on the rip off report. These people are your classic scammers and i wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Do not let these people into your home, they will lie straight to your face and use deceptive tactics to get into peoples homes to try and sell them things. They will send you scratch it tickets through the mail and it will look like you have won the grand prize. Sounds awesome right? Nope. You got to sit through a 90-minute presentation about a vacuum cleaner and air filter. At That point 1 of 2 things will happen, either you will buy the product and feel stupid because you could have got it on Amazon brand new for half the price, or youll be smart and decide not to get it. But what about that HUGE cash prize you were supposed to get at the end of the presentation regardless? The person presenting it at the end will till you to read the fine print, and you wont get that big check you were expecting, you will get something significantly smaller. All in all, awful company that will try extremely hard to get you into a high pressure sales situation, just to sell you an over exaggerated vacuum that you can buy online without the pressure of a pushy salesperson for half the price. also, the air filters they sell for 1000+, you can get a more advanced air filtration system at your local supermarket for less than 200 bucks with the exact same filter.

I would give these guys a zero, but you cant. This company is tied to another company called cfl and scam people with fake lottery cards. I won ten thousand dollars, and found out this is a scam. I contacted the attorney general, and the federal trade commission also to try and help others. Luckily I didnt give them any personal info. My family and I went to a local home show in portland in august of 2013. While there we spoke with a sales person with Micron Filtration from Vancouver, WA. I filled out some drawing cards for a free 7 night vacation (flight, hotel and rental car) for two people at their kiosk. We spoke with them about possibly purchasing some air fliters from them for our office and home. A couple of weeks later I recieved a phone call while I was at work and the lady said to me that she was from Micron Filtration from the home show we went to and that I was drawn for the free vacation and she wanted to set some time up for a filter person to come to my home for a demonstration and they would give me the vacation package details while at our home. I was super excited however I asked for her to call me back within a couple of days because I was at work and had alot going on. She said not a problem. A few days go by and she called me back. She stated the same as before. I set up a time for the sales person to come to our home and a couple of days later he came over in the evening. While in our home he did a presintation and we decided to purchase three of the filters. Two for our home and one for our dental office. After I got the paper work filled out and gave him our credit card information my husband had to leave for a meeting at church....the sales guy said some very rude things to me about how he made a great sale and that we could afford it because of my husbands profession... he was also was VERY quick to leave our home. He didnt even bother to offer up the promised won vacation. I asked him as he was getting to walk out the door. He pretty much tossed a brochure at me and said to call and get my three day hotel stay booked. Then he walked out the door and I was totally stunned. I tried to catch him but he left so quickly. So when my husband arrived back home we decided to return the filters asap and get our $2,500 back. I called them that week and told them about my experience and the manager was very rude to me and fought with me over the phone. I kept bringing to his attention that I had ten days to return them and get a full refund. He finally decided, after about 45 min of being a complete jerk and arguing with me, to send someone out to pick them up. He told me then that as soon as they get the filters back they have ten days get return the money to our credit card. Well.... I just checked our credit card statement and they still havent returned the money. I called them and spoke to the same man that argued with me over returning them. He acted like it wasnt a big deal at all. I said to him.... its almost been a month and I still havent recieved a refund. He said to me.... well we are a little tardy on getting your money back. I said to him.... I little tardy... your a month tardy. He said to me.... well the guy that does that isnt here. I told him I was calling my credit card company to make a complaint and they are going to go after you to get the money back then. I started yelling obseneties at me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND STEEL YOUR MONEY! Thank you for reading this:)
