I want to give them negative star if I can. Same as others, I just ordered some books(not rare, common items). Never shipped or be answered .Don’t waste your time.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not order from this company, they will take your money, dupe you with emails and never deliver your goods. This company is not to be trusted. If the prices are too good to be true they usually are! If I could only give them one star!

If it were possible to give this company less than one star that is the rating I would give. I placed an order over a month ago and other than hearing from them to get my credit card information there has been no contact. I have left numerous messages on their recorder and sent emails with no response. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT waste your money dealing with these people.

I really hate this shop. I ordered flight bag on this website about 2months ago. Because of the back order issue I canceled my order and Ive been waiting to get a full refund. Even though I left numerous voice messages and emails, they dont reply.. I really hate this attitude. So please do not waste of your time and moneyon this website.

I would give no stars if that was possible. This is the WORST company Ive ever done business with...what am I saying?!?!?! it wasnt business, it was theft!!!The agency I work for was cheated out of over $200 in merchandise. Calls where never returned, had a few emails answered but were vague and evasive....Then my calls and emails were flat out ignored.THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS A THIEVING SCUMBAG AND A CHEAT!!!!
