WL May Vancouver is a great resource for me when I need parts that either are not in stock anywhere else, or its just more convenient to stay on this side of the river.

Dont expect them to have what you need without waiting several days. You may as well order on line for a lower price and faster delivery. However, the staff is pleasant.

My experience with them was outstanding. Not only did they have the part I was looking for in stock but they communicated their policies well enough to save me a lot of money. Helping me through diagnosing my problem with my stove and warning me about not installing the part until I was sure that was the problem really saved me. Upon closer inspection it was determined that the problem was actually the cord. It had been melted by the oven somehow and was destroyed. Because they took their time to explain to me how to detect a faulty part and also warning me to have another look before opening the box, I was able to return the part for a full refund. They were professional informative and kind. I will certainly be returning with any future needs and would recommend these folks to anyone.

Im a do-it-yourself home-owner, and this place has always taken good care of me. They have a good selection of parts in stock (how long can you live without your washer or dryer?), and Ive always received prompt, courteous service. Back in there today to buy parts to rebuild my 20 year-old Maytag dryer, and Kevin pulled the parts I needed in short order. Prices were higher than web stores on most things by a little, but less on a couple too. Combine that with same-day availability and I will shop here when I need appliance parts in the future.

I have to say they had the parts I needed. 2 matching springs for a Dishwasher door.here is the part that was REAL HARD TO TAKE.......$33.03 EACH for a simple spring.Similar springs at any hardware store $ 3.00 to $ 5.00 each.I will buy a new Appliance before I ever get a part from these guys.Staff was pleasant and helpful. The PRICE was OUTRAGEOUS .

Ive dealt with them twice, both times just buying parts for DIY appliance repair. Both times they had what I needed in stock and had a better price than I could find elsewhere online or locally. Bonus Points: They are open Saturday.

I bought a heating element thinking it was the reason my dryer wouldnt heat. That wasnt the problem. I dont know what the problem was, so I scrapped the dryer. Went to return the element and counter guy said I couldnt return it b/c I plugged in the wires. Even though the element never saw any current. I guess I donated $50 to WL May. I can think of better places to donate $50.

Just find out this place for my refrigerators parts. Good price, and dont need wait for it too long for shipping. And if you dont want to pick them up at store they can delivery to your house with no charge.

I am appliance service company and a 20+ year customer of this company. When I recently tried to communicate my feeling about their disregard concerning their web ordering system they decided I was too much trouble for them to listen to. They canceled my account! How bizarre is that? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business! They are not worth the aggravation

After purchasing a $1900 range, I was told it would be delivered in three days. It arrived 16 days later. The communication about its arrival time was minimal, and every time I called the associate (Trisha) was either away from her phone or out to lunch. I was told delivery would be taken care of for free, but, when the stove arrived, I was called and told I could pick it up myself, or be charged for delivery. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The sales associates act as though they have the best deals and nobody else sells the same product, but their prices are comparable to other businesses, and the customer service is horrible. Ill gladly take my money elsewhere, to a business that is not dishonest and appreciates its customers.

Maybe you are like me and looking for a dryer. Maybe you want to support local business. There are bad people running this company. Take your business elsewhere. I could write 2 reviews- one on how I managed to finally get my dryer, and then a whole other one about the troubles that started once I got it.The website looked nice, it was conveniently located and the way it is advertized was appealing to me, and my initial communications with them were ok. But then when I wanted to pick up my machine, I had to deal with very unhelpful people. I was going to pick up my dryer, but it was not ready when I got there at the time agreed upon. I had to walk around their storage looking for it. It turned out not to be in stock at the time, even though it was paid for. Several times a manager walked by, but none of them wanted to make time to help us out, one did not even say a word when I told him about the problem. After I got mad, I got half a promise that it would be there in 2 weeks, that turned to be 4, and then 6. All my dealings with WLMay on the phone were punishment for the person on the other line it seemed- they were extremely unhelpful.I am shocked and appalled that a business like this is still able to exist. Look for what you need elsewhere, youre paying too much and keeping the bad people in business.

Needed an igniter for my furnace. Had furnace model number and serial number. Sold me an igniter they said would work. Told them is didnt look like the right igniter, they said it would work. Guess what? Wrong igniter. Returned. Joker with diamond stud earring told me he couldnt just refund me right there, but would have to have his returns department process it. Sounded weird, but theyve been in business forever, so I didnt worry about it. Got the refund a few day later - 20% restocking fee for selling me the wrong part. No wonder the weaselly little spit wouldnt do the refund right there, he knew what Id say about a 20% restocking charge for selling me the wrong part.
