I tried to go here approximately 30 minutes before the closing time stated online and on the door, yet the store was already completely closed and there was no one around or any indication as to why. I ended up going to OReilly instead, which fortunately is very nearby, and got great service there.

Store was understaffed. I was rudely greeted by the person behind the counter telling me that my dog wasnt allowed in the parts store. Told him I would take my business elsewhere and not return. I wouldnt even give this place a one-star rating, but unfortunately there was no option to rate them lower.

Didn’t catch the woman’s name that helped me today but all I can say is she made my night. I came in with a failing battery and she was able to get one from another store and even install it for me. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend

This is a great location for the store, easy access and easy to locate if never been before. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable as well as attentive. My only complaint would be that on a week night I arrived at 8:30pm to pick up a part Id purchased online and the store was closed. The hours online were 7:30am - 9:00pm.HUGE disappointment and inconvenience.

I have a business trip tomorrow and I needed a abs sensor. I called every parts store in town and nobody had the part and couldnt get it today. Then I called Advance Auto Parts. They didnt have it but they were able to get it in a few hours. Problem solved! Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

Never busy at this location. Few people working and ladies doing good job..price is good if you buy online with 20% coupon that I get emailed every time...not too many in stock items though

Done with Advance... bought a motorcycle battery in fall that only lasted 4 months on a tender. They did nothing to make it good for a weekly business customer.

Employees can not multitask and are not friendly. There were three employees behind the counter we were the only customers in the store. I asked where an item was and associate Brandon who was on the phone I’m assuming on hold with someone (he was not talking on the phone) replies to me with a rude tone I’ll be with you in a minute. Another associate was standing next to him staring at her cell phone not even acknowledging us. These store associates are seriously lacking customer service, multitasking and communication skills.

They have been key in getting some harder to find parts for my 99 Miata that were not available at other parts stores. Staff was very helpful in finding those parts as well.

Made the trip here for some adhesive, because it said in stock on line. The ladies behind the counter were too busy looking at a dancing bird on their phone than look for the adhesive. They said they dont have any, eventhough online it showed they did. Seems like they were more interested in the dancing bird than helping a customer.

Drew was awesome! Friendly greeting right as I came in the store, helped me find the correct wiper blades and then he installed them for me! Drew is knowledgeable and will help you find solutions to your car part woes. Ill be back for all my future needs.

Alright, as a total newbie to performing maintenance on my own truck I’m so glad I came here. I was helped by Drew, who’s pretty much the Ron Swanson of auto parts.He helped me figure out which transmission oil I needed, gave me a heads up on the information I’d need when I come back to get brake pads, all without being condescending or annoyed I wasn’t 100% sure about, really, anything other than I needed the transmission fluid.I’ll be coming here for whatever I need to do next. He helped me feel confident in performing the work myself. Thanks, Drew. You’re rad.

This is a decent parts store, but not really the best. I like the one on Mill Plain across from Freddys quite a bit better. Ive been here several times and theyre usually pretty good. I stopped by there a few days ago and the guy there was very uninterested in helping which I thought was weird since I was the only customer there. Okay place, but not the best.

I tried to return a part here and they made up reasons why I could not return it. The reasons were not stated when I purchased it. I even got paperwork with the item that said return it at any advanced auto parts store. The gentleman I spoke with at this location. was rude. I took it to a different location who then filed the return. I will not return.

I purchased a tool here and it did not work for the job that it was designed for. It was a poor design.The store refused to take it back in perfect condition with the receipt. I am confident that just about any other reputable auto parts store would have taken it back.It is absolutely ridiculous to not refund a tool that does not work for the use that it was designed for.I will not purchase anything from Advance Auto Parts again. There are plenty of other auto parts stores that have a far higher standard for customer service.

Bought a cam gasket plate and it ended up being the wrong version for my truck. One version flat with regular bolts and the other beveled with recessed bolts. I needed flat one and they sold me the beveled one. You couldnt see the holes in the plastic package because cardboard blocked them. After I opened it I noticed it was wrong. Called them and they dont do returns and told me they could order another plate with bolts from California because they cant order the bolts alone.

Great customer service. I was helped by Lucien. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Without again with my auto mechanic needs.

This kind of experience happens in years. I went there to return the car battery which didn’t fit. The guy verified the fit and said it should fit. I explained and he agreed to refund. I paid $170.49 & he gave me back a receipt of $160.44. That’s $10.05 less. When I checked that and took the receipt back to him, he said it’s out of his hands. I said I should get back what I paid for. When I insisted, he started getting Rude and said Do you want my Sympathy?. When I said can you cancel and give back the battery, he said that would cost $240. He started raising his volume and I left. He looks like a guy for whom customer service doesn’t mean anything. I don’t recommend shopping there as this guy has issues. It will be pain returning stuff.

Sold me two defective starters I return it back to them and I buy a different brand and they charge me a core charge. Bad parts and terrible service! Dont shop here! And guys working at this location are not familiar with auto parts! Guy name Drew should not work in auto parts store... David needs to send him back to flipping 🍔
