They claim to hold themselves to a higher standard but then take you over the coals. If you are ever a tiny bit hung over dont even try as it will result in a violation. Customer service is terrible. They dont even try to express empathy. They will not let me switch companies without my license being suspended and having to pay a removal fee. Its pretty much legal extortion.
