Avoid at all costs. Terrible communication. I had talked to them months before a scheduled job and it was never completed. These people will give you the run around. They cannot stick to their pricing or to their schedule. Huge disappointment on all fronts.

We have been very pleased with Premier Patio’s work. In December 2020, we had a replacement backyard patio cover and an extension cover installed. And based on their work, on the first week of January 2021, we had railing replaced in the front yard. Premier is a family run business and it is evident that they work as an efficient team and take pride in their work. From the initial contact with Kristin and Jeff, we were met with professional and friendly guidance on what materials and options we could consider. Their bids were reasonable and they stayed within budget. Installers were skilled and friendly. They were on time and worked to get the project done within the projected timeframe which was a day and half for the patio covers and a day for the railing. They cleaned up after their work and went above and beyond to ensure quality installation. The patio covers and railings are an enhancement to our property and will be enjoyed for years to come. We are recommending Premier Patio to both friends and family.

We attended a yard and patio show in Portland a couple of years ago. After visiting several exhibits for various types of patio coverings, we decided to contact Premier Patio in Vancouver. We liked the look of wood grain yet no upkeep and repainting. The idea that we simply could hose it off really appealed to us as aging baby boomers. We found the staff there really helpful ... no high sales ... just a willingness to give us options and let us choose what we wanted. We initially selected a covering for the immediate eating area, (12 ft. by 16 ft.), just off our kitchen. We are so glad we selected the rounded clear inserts which truly make it look like we have lights on but defuse direct light. The installers were helpful and so quick. Within a few hours, they had installed the patio and cleaned up their mess. We moved in immediately afterward. We love the patio AND it cut down on the heat that came directly into our family/kitchen areas after bouncing off our cement patio floor. Then, we called them back the next summer to cover to the end of our patio adding another 16 feet which is now an outdoor living area. We LOVE this patio. It is not dark ... is very bright but has no direct light. We can grow patio shade loving plants well on the patio as well. It has drastically cooled our south facing home, too. The best part ... we just hose it down. No painting. No upkeep. Wish we had gotten the longer length at first. Our guests often express how nice it looks.

They have a durable, high quality and well built product. They have a great installation crew that were quick, professional and extremely friendly every step of the way. I would of gave five stars had the lady who answered their phone been professional. She was absolutely unprofessional and I have never been spoken to and had demands thrown at me in that manner by a business owner or customer service representative. A little respect can go a long way and Im an extremely fair person.

They did a fabulous job installing our patio cover at half the cost of a kit from Costco. With all the recent snow, it held up no problem. I would recommend them to all my friends who want a patio cover.

I had Premier Patio install Patio cover over my large deck.The whole experience was awesome. Everyone was very helpful from Kristen who helped me with design decisions, to Jeff and his team who made building this structure a seamless process. I think this was the best home improvement project I have ever made. The cover keeps my kitchen and living room about 20 degrees cooler in the hot summer months, and protects my deck during rainy season. I get compliments all the time on the way the cover looks. If you are looking for a great professionals to install your cover, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Had talked to kristen in the office. Super nice lady and super helpful. Had the team come out last week and do my awning. It is incredible I love every aspect of it. I had a few questions but Stephen was quick to answer and deliver the quality I was looking for. Great attention to detail and super quick with the installation. I actually give them a 4.5 star. I would absolutely use them again or recommend them. The whole experience was great. Some minor details could have been better. At the end, there were very tiny pieces of aluminium left all over my patio... and out on the sidewalk. It would have been a nice touch if those were cleaned up as well as could be. Great people.

Very satisfied with the service and product from Premier Patio & Awning. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors looking for quality patio covers at a good price. We had a large 8x27 Alumawood patio cover installed over our 2nd level deck. Install was quick; only a few hours to install, and our finished project looks great!Communication responses from estimate through install were prompt. Installers were courteous and very professional, working non-stop until job was complete through clean up.

Recently, we had our cover installed by Premier and it turned out to be very nice. Id like to thank Edwin, Chris, and Stephen for their hard work and professionalism. They endured cold weather and paid attention to details and built us a beautiful cover. When work is done, they combed through the yard and picked up any screws and trash before they leave. My old patio cover was 2 aluminum covers and was obviously a not well thought out DIY project. The first part covered a mud room and workshop and the other part (which was higher) covered the outside sitting area. The aluminum cover was starting to come up and blow away (and was leaking inside the house) so it became an emergency to get the cover redone before someone got hurt.Premier Patio replaced both covers with one singular cover that was not only insulated, but was leakproof, and would not blow away. Plus, it looked very good and the light cover brightened up inside as well as outside. Oh... and the gutter is super easy to clean without getting cut fingers.The crew was outstanding and did the job in less than one day. They were friendly and respectful and are a small business. I highly recommend them!
