I was looking for a graphic design installation for my car and made contact with this company. I can be an extremely detailed “picky “ customer when it comes to my vehicles. Mike & Eric where fantastic to work with on my small project and I can’t say enough about the end result. These guys print a great shirt but unfortunately I couldnt get anyone to contact me back. The communication of this company is very poor. I would have been a long term customer but like I said customer service is horrible and needs to be addressed by the manager or the owner.

I like this place. The only reason Im rating a 4 is because of a communication issue that caused me to not get my items on the day I wanted/needed. I honestly believe that wont happen in the future. Despite that, I will be going back to them. Their prices are reasonable for what I needed, the Quality was great, there is a expansive variety and the folks are nice there. I made a appointment a week in advance at a convenient time for a special needs person and myself to have his name put on a jacket.We arrived just a bit early and they knew what we were there for. Allowed us to see the whole process and had my person help with design, loading the test fabric, starting the machine to embroidery his test and final product on his jacket. Joe and I have used Designs of All Kinds for many years. When Joe took a trip on Route #66, when he and his friend were 66 years of age, Design of All Kinds wrapped their 1966 Thunderbird with a map of their route. They wrapped the sponsors names on the side of the T-bird also to promote receiving donations for childrens diabetes along the trip route. The map was a highlight for many along the route to see where they had been and where they were going. The wrap was excellent work done by them. They have done banners and t-shirts for our car club also. Their pricing is very competitive for their outstanding quality of work. Recently I have had a pretty intense life moment that I wanted to commemorate or validate you could say. Weird, perhaps— but enough about me. Upon entering the shop, we were welcomed and asked what we might be looking for. I explained that I was looking for a one-off sweatshirt with some text screen printed (heat-transferred??) on the front. Although they were quite busy, he felt the urgency, and made phone calls to his designers to see if they could sqeeze my request in. Somehow they made it happen. I could not be more grateful.Now, with a general “set” turnaround time, the kindness of fitting my request in w/ such care and precision; unbelievable. Probably, not always an option for them..I would not request that rush again, but I could not recommend this screen printing shop more. There is nowhere else I will go and further, I am working to get my workplace to switch to using their services moving forward.

Very disappointed. I asked if they could deliver my order within my time frame, and I was assured that it would happen. I ordered several different items, printing on safety vests and a small vehicle decal. They waited 4 days to tell me they couldnt accept the latest image that I had email them, this was after 3 previous attempts. I followed their instructions, but every time I had to resubmit in a different file. In the end I was told that they could get the items, but it would be 3 days past my due date. When I went in to get my sample from them. they had no idea where it was and no way to reference it, finally after 10- 15 minutes shifting through the very unorganized mess in their office they found it just laying in a pile of stuff. When I finally got my item, there was just this blank stare and absolutely no apology or any words whatsoever, like I had inconvenienced them...very strange! In the end I received nothing for them. I had another print shop doing some business cards for me at the same time, they were very organized and in constant communication and wanted to please! Third world customers service. Really unbelievable that they are in business.

I had my daughters first birthday shirt made here and some vinyl to put on the side of a Jeep, both were wonderful priced and excellent quality. The vinyls never peeled or faded and the shirt was perfect and lasted with many washes.

We have used DOAK several times. The quality of their work has been fantastic. Theyve made several decals, magnetic signs and name badges. We use these items for our mobile medical vehicles in Uganda where it gets hot, humid and subject to heavy rains. We have not had any issues with them. Some are a few years old and still look new.

Initially it looked like this project was going to go off without a hitch, In between a lack of communication and missing the deadline by two weeks today I cancelled the project. If they could live up to their claims throughout the early part of the project. This would have been a good deal. Bummer!

We were using small magnets as our signage on our 3 vehicles. I went to Mike because another company referred me there. I was only going to have him make more magnets when he suggested a wrap instead. After getting a quote it made a lot more sense to do something I dont have to replace every 6 months. Mike and Levi worked well on the design, I am one that changes his mind a lot and they worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied. The quality of work was excellent and the signage has already paid off with new business and we get positive comments all the time about the look of our vehicles. Ive used this place 3 times. Im a huge fan of hiring local when possible and keeping money in my community. DO NOT spend your money here. In my experiencr they are rarely on time. The worst part is nobody calls or emails to say there will be a delay. The day before my print job was supposed to be picked up I called to see if it would indeed be ready and they said they hadnt even started yet!! What?! No call, no email, nothing. When I finally picked up my order the ink was the wrong color from what I ordered and my company logo is all but invisible. Their mistakes have cost me a TON of money. Very dissatisfied.
